Being an online shopper I frequent the UPS store using it as a drop off location for returns. The store reminds me of an old time neighborhood store where from the moment you walk in, you are treated as you are the most important client of the day. Johanna is always so kind and helpful and will go out of her way to help you out. I highly recommend using the Broadview Rd in Parma location even if you have to travel an extra mile. read more

I have come to this UPS store multiple time to drop off Amazon returns. Today I needed stamps as well. I figured instead of driving the 10 Minutes to the post office I would just purchase them at the UPS store. Considering they have signs up saying that they carry USPS stamps to save you a trip to the post office. I figured convenient why not. I don't purchase stamps very often should have looked up to see how much they were before I went. I didn't think places were allowed to up charge for USPS stamps I tell the girl I need a roll of stamps she brings it up it's $79.35! I think to myself thought that was kind of high for stamps but OK I swipe my card she then tells me well let me make sure I have a roll, my card has already gone through she doesn't have a roll of stamps instead she pulls out a calculator and then tells me she can give me five books of stamps I'm like that's fine that's the same amount of stamps right? She said yes, so i leave the store go out to my car. Me not trusting her math when I get out to my car I go to usps.com look up to see how many stamps are in a roll of stamps to find out the price of the roll of stamps is only $58 not almost $80! I go back in and she asked what she could help me with and I tell her do you charge more for stamps than the post office. Her response was a simple yeah, like duh don't you know that. I'm like then you need to give me a refund they are $58 at the post office you're charging me almost $30 more. She replied with the well I should be able to give you a refund then picks up her cell phone and texts I'm assuming her manager to make sure it's OK to return the stamps that I purchased literally two minutes ago. I end up getting the refund and say to the girl you may want to tell people that you are charging more for stamps by a lot! And that info is not indicated on any of your signage. She then asks me if i wanted 1 book of stamps because she knows that the price is going up. I'm like Um no I'll drive to the post office. Overall this was by far the worst experience at this store, the girl that was there today has been there previously when i have been in and always seems clueless, not willing to help, and always tries to give the customer the most expensive option, and then gets an attitude when they say no what's the cheaper option. I will drive an extra 10 minutes out of my way to go to a different UPS store. read more

If you don't use the UPS shipping estimator prior to going to this store, they will quote you an exorbitant rate IE: I was told over $30 for overnight delivery but I knew from prior experience that the "ground shipping" rate would get my package delivered overnight for $12.78 which I calculated using the UPS shipping calculator. This store bumps the UPS ground rate by $3.00 to $15.78, but the owner became involved when I requested the 5% AARP discount, and she charged my $18.78 and then discounted from there! The owner ignored my request for an explanation on the pricing. I'm going to find a different shipping company. read more

Ugh... my first negative Yelp review? Hmm... I've gone to this store several times for shipping items to my family. It was nice to know that UPS could look up my account and pull up the same addresses I ship to. However, this year, UPS took my phone number and ID, and pretended like I had never been there. They said that no addresses were stored or tied to my account. I watched as the staff person slowly peck-typed through the addresses that I clearly typed on my already-packed boxes. She kept having me spell everything to confirm the addresses. When I asked why my information was not in the system, the clerk/owner responded that information lasts in the system for ten years. I've been going here for maybe four or five years, and I'm pretty sure that she only needed to scroll down or click on another tab, and she would have seen all my information. After waiting ten minutes, we maybe spent fifteen minutes having four boxes shipped. I'm probably going to stop going here and switch to another location. If you need a UPS store in the area, it's close. Convenient? No. read more

I took an item to this store to be shipped to Florida for a price of $120 for the packing and shipping cost May 30th 2022. I explained the item was delicate to the clerk who assured me she would pack it very well in the box. When I received the box the item was cracked and no packing material had been put into the box with the item. My attempts to reach the owner have been ignored. She will not refund my shipping fees as she had initially promised and I was told she filed a claim for reimbursement for the cost of the item which is all untrue. I would never step foot into that store ever again. I will be filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau as it has been 4 months since the package was sent. read more

I wish I would have read reviews before going to this location. I went to return packages and the woman at the counter was very off putting, passive aggressive. It felt like she was saying any and everything she could just to get me out of the store. To the point, she either needs to be left in the back or let go. I get people have bad days, but there was no need to make customers feel uncomfortable. Looks like I'm not the only one to feel this. read more

This was my first time visiting this store. I had my shipping label that I need to cut to size and tape to the box. The staff person did it for my simply by putting it in a clear envelope and attaching it to the box. He was friendly and helpful and made it easy for me. read more

Very difficult to work with for printing services. I sent two, what I thought were very clear, e-mails requesting 5 attachments to be printed. They called me multiple times with questions. The one woman seemed very confused and snobby, then told me there was a long line she had to get back to as I was answering her questions about my order. I was charged $250 for items I did not request printed (including an image of a banner on my e-mail signature). My husband picked them up, so he didn't know. The women at the counter would not answer any questions & would not tell the manager(owner) I wanted help. Finally, I was able to speak to the person in charge. I think it was the owner, an older Indian woman, I returned an Amazon package in its original packaging, packed "perfect" in bubble wrap as it came to me, the box top was open, I figure she needed to see/verify the item was what I said it was. Then she goes $5. I said for what? She said for packing supplies, I said for what that is the original box, bubble wrap etc, she said they need to tape the top closed, I said I have never been charged to return an amazon package for packing EVER anywhere! I said give it back to me then, she said oh well wait I will excuse you just this once as a courtesy, I thought no lady, you are wrong here. Never... and I repeat "NEVER" use this store or company to ship anything of value. The owner: "Sireesha Nandyala" is one of the Most UNPROFESSIONAL individuals I have ever had to deal with! I paid this store over $400.00 to insure, professionally package and ship a vintage item worth $1,000 that was lost and then eventually showed up damaged. I then had to file a claim and after 6 months of disputes, have been unable to recoup the total cost. The owner has every excuse in the book not to return all the money that was paid to package and ship the item! Please....NEVER USE THIS COMPANY TO SHIP ANYTHING YOU CARE ABOUT! One lady was very rude. The other who was nice has no idea what she was doing. She couldn't get my flash drive to work on the copier so I was charged a $3 fee because she had to get on the computer to print out my resumes. I was charged almost $7 for 3 prints of my resume. I usually go to FedEx and now I know not to go anywhere else. read more

The customer service was extremely poor. I called about printing invitations and the lady on the other end was not very friendly or eager to help. When I got to the store she was on speakerphone with another customer who also seemed frustrated. The employee was not answering the lady on the other end or attending to people in line behind me. Once the lady on the phone hung up, the employee helped a customer behind me AFTER I said, "You can help them first." From there, it was even more downhill of an experience. I sent the invitation file to the UPS store so we could easily print it. The UPS employee then proceeded to start printing my invitations on paper I brought in. The printer got jammed several times. The invitations were wrinkled and several pieces of paper just got "lost" in the printer. The employee was unapologetic and just said "This happens all of the time." If the printer has a tendency to jam then it would've been nice to know that when I called her BEFORE I came into the store. After a half hour the employee said she just wasn't going to be able to do it because the printer was jamming. SHE THEN CHARGED ME FOR THE 5 COPIES THAT PRINTED! Needless to say the customer service was extremely poor and I feel sorry for the other customers that needed their problems addressed. Thank goodness STAPLES was able to print the invitations because I was NOT happy with my experience with UPS. read more

Horrendous customer service. The owner believes she can treat people like garbage because she is the owner. Went to return Xmas gift today on last day possible because just found out can't use. Did the same thing a few weeks ago and an employee assisted me and three others on a computer in the store with printing labels . Today, the wonderfully rude owner said she won't do it because it's her computer and she will get viruses. I was pressed for time and holding a toddler at the time. Told her it would take 30 seconds and she can go on amazon for me. She flat out refused and was completely rude about it. They refused to give me information for the franchise Rep. A company's character is generally revealed via it's customer service or lack there of. This place makes no attempt to hide who they are. Rude beyond belief. If you do not care about your items or how they will arrive, if you prefer broken shards of your valuables, by all means...use these guys. OMG, this was the most irritating and frustrating trip I have ever made to just return 2 items to Amazon. Extremely unfriendly staff. Very rude, not helpful. There were 2 women on staff. I was being helped, and another customer came in and she stopped taking care of my return, and proceeded to send a fax for the other customer. Ignoring me. I needed help in how to return 2 packages, all she would say is Amazon sent instructions to your e-mail. She had a mean face, very harsh, and the other lady who was doing nothing at the time didn't even bother to step in and see if she could aid my transaction. In general, a decent place. They were quite bad a few years ago as the other reviews attest, but I've seen improvement over time. Customer service is spotty - sometimes really good, sometimes poor, so on average I'd give it three stars here. Now that the nearby Walgreens will have FedEx there will be more competition and maybe better service. read more

If you can find another store close to you then go there, This store is a joke. They damaged my items and now don't want to take responsibility for their actions. They are your typical scammers, I am out of state and my seller is located in Parma, he paid them to package and ship my items. They completely broke my item and now because I'm out of state they just turn their backs on me and stop answering or returning my calls about making this right. The funny thing is by using the "ups store" that means its on the owners of that store and not UPS them selves. So basically the store can do whatever they want and you have no options but to deal with the people responsible for damaging your item but yet they don't want to do anything about it because they are basically untouchable and they know that. The store owner/Store Manager Traci is completely rude and make falsified statements in order to get her way and just by dealing with her the past few days, you can tell she has done this before and does not care what you the customer thinks. She has lied about her supposed attempts to get in touch with either me or the seller in regards to the issue, again she just says the things she knows to say to keep her in the clear.
