went there to get just a couple international stamps stamp. there were 2 females behind the…read morecounter. one of them was clearly goofing off. she did nothing but pretend to be cleaning her work area or walking off to the back every 5 minutes coming back and pretending to be fixing her work area. this went on until i left about a half hour later. she helped no one . i had two people in front of me and several behind. the first person just needs stamps and the only other girl there got him the stamps. the next person was sending a small 8 x 1o in. package. it took the girl a full 25 minutes to figure out how to do it. she just kept looking at her computer screen and playing with the paperwork. at that point i said to the lady behind me "this is unbelievable" not sure if she heard me. he left & i went to the same girl. she then said to me we're closed. i said what ? she said yep and started to walk away. it was 4:30 i checked my watch. they close at 5 pm. she then changed her mind i guess. returned and rudely said "what do you want ? " i said i just need 2 international stamps. she got them for me and i left. what a rude individual. i guess there is nobody supervising these slackers. i've sent many packages from here to hong kong with other clerks and the process has never taken more than 10 or15 minutes 'tops" the guy in front of me was sending his small package to columbus. what a joke. these individuals need to be disiplined.

Okay so dumbass Paypal likes to auto populate and RE AUTO POPULATE shipping addresses from…read morebillions of years ago...Just great dumbasses.....I tried to input my current shipping address but it defaulted back to one that well...Doesn't exist anymore!!! That was the bad news, lucky for me I went over to where the business used to be around noonish and low and behold there was the mail mans truck! So I explained the situation and we formulated a plan for him to hold the package when it makes it to the Parma office...Get a call Saturday mid day saying Ivan has my package and I can pick it up at his station when convenient, well today at noon was convenient so I head there and the woman who assists me doesn't excactly know what is going on but keeps the flow of useless information minimal...2 minutes later pops back with my package and the clouds part and heavens open up with warm rays of sun and the choirs of angles in the sky alight with songs of hallelujah!!! I've never felt compelled to write a review about a post office before today but I couldn't not…read morewrite a five-star review after such a great experience with staff member Sondra! When I arrived at the post office there was only one person in line in front of me but she had many tasks to do. Sondra was very patient and a clear communicator with the customer. Although I was the person waiting, I even felt taken care of. When the woman in front of me ordered stamps, Sondra took out multiple pages of stamps to show the woman to select an image. Nothing was rushed, but everything felt calm and as though she was aware of the fact that they were now multiple people waiting in line. Everything was smooth and efficient! Once it was my turn, again, transactions were quick and I felt taken care of. Giant kudos to this location, I'll definitely be coming here again whenever I need to shop packages!
