This location only has one clerk on duty and normally that's enough. But when the line is stalled can't the manager step out from her office and help out? I was 7th in line today for well over 18 mins. The line did not move. The customer at the counter was buying a month's worth of money orders, insisted on paying only with exact change and was ridiculously slow. I finally left without buying stamps.

I'm sure she accepts letters she just has to put in a basket or gives stamps out but anytime I've gone with a package she's said no because of 'blah blah blah' so I just leave and have to pay way more at fed ex or go to a much further post office with nicer employees. I asked for the supervisor and she very quietly said her name which was "Cherie" and was like she must be busy but u can just leave it there but u won't get a receipt bc the guy ain't here to scan it. All I wanna know well then wtf is her job?? To just sit there. This isn't the first time I've received attitude from this lady either. She always cops an attitude every time I come there unless someone else is working with her then she acts like she's sweet as can be. went there to get just a couple international stamps stamp. there were 2 females behind the…read morecounter. one of them was clearly goofing off. she did nothing but pretend to be cleaning her work area or walking off to the back every 5 minutes coming back and pretending to be fixing her work area. this went on until i left about a half hour later. she helped no one . i had two people in front of me and several behind. the first person just needs stamps and the only other girl there got him the stamps. the next person was sending a small 8 x 1o in. package. it took the girl a full 25 minutes to figure out how to do it. she just kept looking at her computer screen and playing with the paperwork. at that point i said to the lady behind me "this is unbelievable" not sure if she heard me. he left & i went to the same girl. she then said to me we're closed. i said what ? she said yep and started to walk away. it was 4:30 i checked my watch. they close at 5 pm. she then changed her mind i guess. returned and rudely said "what do you want ? " i said i just need 2 international stamps. she got them for me and i left. what a rude individual. i guess there is nobody supervising these slackers. i've sent many packages from here to hong kong with other clerks and the process has never taken more than 10 or15 minutes 'tops" the guy in front of me was sending his small package to columbus. what a joke. these individuals need to be disiplined.

I decided on this particular facility because it was near my residence. In my 50 plus years of driving I have had some bad experiences with various BMVs. However as soon as I walked into this facility it was obvious it was well managed, clean and welcoming. Almost immediately a very friendly clerk ( Beth) motioned me over to her desk area. She quickly processed my renewal request in a courteous and engaging manner. The Manager and staff should be commended for their professionalism, work ethic and overall positive quality of work.
