Everyone that comes to this location has the most complex requests and are the most incompetent of humans. There is always a line which never moves. They simply need more than ONE employee. Not to mention since they only have one employee that runs this location, they are closed for an hour (sometimes longer) in the middle of the day for their lunch break.

Upon going in, I was surprised at how clean it was. It was also well-stocked, although not with stamps. They only had SpongeBob and Bruce Lee stamps for sale that day. Of course, I chose Bruce Lee. There was only two other people inside and one person working at the counter. I hope that they have more working during busier hours. I paid my $15 bucks for my stamps and left. I was in and out in just a few minutes. However, I recommend making a different post office your regular one if you live in Cleveland because this area is, no joke, very bad.

The best thing about this Post Office is the super convenient downtown location, right inside the…read morePublic Square entrance to the Terminal Tower. It is a popular spot and one of only a few downtown locations which means that lines can be long. Also, this Post Office lacks the self service kiosk found in many locations -- so anything from buying a stamp to a more complicated transaction will require waiting in line. One funky thing about this post office is the hours. Posted hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, except for Wednesday. For some reason Wednesday gets an early closing time of 12:00 PM (yet it was open today around 2:00 PM...) I have never received particularly bad or wonderful service here, but love that it is available for those times I need to scramble for an actual staffed Post Office in downtown.

Last Christmas I mailed something to NYC w specific instructions and paid extra. Package never got there. Was lost for good. While I used an Amex card to purchase this gift.....usps wasn't exactly the easiest to deal with when it came to my claim. I specifically asked and paid signature required upon delivery and whoever delivered it just left it on a doorstop outside in Manhattan. Thank goodness I kept my receipt showing I paid for signatures or I would've had to eat the cost. USPS said it was never entered as signature required so I can only think whoever checked my outgoing package charged me but never entered it in as such. Anyway, nice people...not so nice location. Place is actually the size of an outhouse.

I asked for the supervisor and she very quietly said her name which was "Cherie" and was like she must be busy but u can just leave it there but u won't get a receipt bc the guy ain't here to scan it. All I wanna know well then wtf is her job?? To just sit there. This isn't the first time I've received attitude from this lady either. She always cops an attitude every time I come there unless someone else is working with her then she acts like she's sweet as can be. Idk what her problem is but she shouldn't be working there if she hates her job so much. She always comes up with an excuse to not get up off her butt when she is working.
