I used media mail to mail 50 of my personal books to my new address. The tracking number the post office gave me stopped tracking my box of books at the 2nd stop. USPS (federal employees) opened my book box, STOLE 19 books out of it (Star Wars and Marvel graphic novels, Star Wars novels, a book about Jesus, several historical books, and 4 books about spirituality). The books the crooks didn't care to steal were carelessly stuffed back in the box and they even ripped The Alchemist's cover completely off. I am extremely disappointed with USPS; our tax dollars pay these criminals' salaries. NEVER USING USPS EVER AGAIN! We no longer use them because they either destroy some of our mail or just drop it on the floor and never bend their fat butts down to pick it up. Every week, I am receiving complaints from vendors saying they never received payments mailed weeks prior. CLOSE this location down, they have horrible attitudes, act entitled, and are the laziest humans ever. I should sue them for the amount of stopped payments I need to issue. I only go in the post office a few times per year, as I usually use the USPS services they provide online to order stamps and print shipping labels. But every time I have ever been in this post office, the staff has been helpful and friendly. The challenges I have seen for efficiency have all been customers. I was behind a 40ish customer who didn't know which corner of the envelope gets the stamp, and watching customers get angry about customs declarations is common. I sometimes receive mail ripped open with markings that look like tire treads. My incoming deliveries will track as accepted at the Macedonia USPS location, only to show that rather than deliver to my home, the package is shipped back to another state before circling around and rerouting back to Macedonia postal office. In addition, there were several people who came in and because they have a PO Box at this location they were able to skip the line?!? Completely uncalled for. When the manager finally stepped out of his office to look a the line he didn't even do anything to help his associates or assist any customers.
