I got another that said lifetime, so the lady let me call the doctor's office to ask for another script for five years, and to fax it to the office. I did that in the car. When I went back in 15 minutes later, the fax was there. A hanger is $5. I paid cash and left.

Annemarie was very helpful and pleasant. She processed his temporary handicap sticker request (due to joint replacement surgery) that took about 10 minutes. We were out of there at 8:54 am I can't explain the timing. There were two others working. Two of the three seemed to work with speed, one not so much. She was at her computer having her coffee and taking her morning meds. Maybe paperwork job. I don't know, but it seems these poor ladies could use some help if it's such a delay when three is hardly anyone there versus when they get there peaks like lunch time and after work. Some background: I had 2 people ahead of me that were processed while I was in line, I filled out a paper form, I took a vision test, I took two temporary photos and paid in that span of time. I'd say that's pretty efficient. Considering the job at hand, I'd say the employees were pretty chipper. I'd return to this location.
