I needed a handicapped car hanger. They are for 1-5 years. The first prescription I brought from the doctor didn't have an expiration date. I got another that said lifetime, so the lady let me call the doctor's office to ask for another script for five years, and to fax it to the office. I did that in the car. When I went back in 15 minutes later, the fax was there. A hanger is $5. I paid cash and left.

Great 4 minute wait it says on the screen. Super, we will be in and out before my dad needs to arrive at his Physical Therapy session. Well, after waiting 10 minutes, his number is called. Annemarie was very helpful and pleasant. She processed his temporary handicap sticker request (due to joint replacement surgery) that took about 10 minutes. We were out of there at 8:54 am I can't explain the timing. There were two others working. Two of the three seemed to work with speed, one not so much. She was at her computer having her coffee and taking her morning meds. Maybe paperwork job. I don't know, but it seems these poor ladies could use some help if it's such a delay when three is hardly anyone there versus when they get there peaks like lunch time and after work. Note to self, don't go if you're pressed for time.

They shut everything down already they know as well as me they could've reopened it just for a minute to help somebody but that's how people are nowadays aren't they? We won't be going there anytime God bless you young man you were very kind. Thank you for trying.

Calling an official document "just a photocopy" when Social Security office AND different BMV recognized right away it was the OFFICIAL DOCUMENT. Tax documents accepted as proof of address- not according to her, but listed on their own instructions. Car insurance bill- same as above! Social Security Card mailed to me- nope! I just went to a different BMV and had no issues whatsoever. The poor soul yelled as I was walking away "what a gross person". Must've been looking at her mirror idk lol

The team of 3 - 5 employees works through 2 separate lines (licenses in one, registrations/plates in another) very quickly. Some background: I had 2 people ahead of me that were processed while I was in line, I filled out a paper form, I took a vision test, I took two temporary photos and paid in that span of time. I'd say that's pretty efficient. Considering the job at hand, I'd say the employees were pretty chipper. I'd return to this location.
