I let it slide, whatever. Immature people don't always speak for the business. But this time, I called 8 times over the last 36 hours with no answer, and then they took the phone off the hook. So I called a different location to ask about what documents I would need to have for my temps test. They answered on the first call, and gave me all the info I needed. Perfect. So I went to this location and they informed me that their testing center is closed. This could have all been prevented and saved me my time, which I don't have much of, if the employees would just do their jobs. And if this business is going to employ those types of people, then it's on them. I'm sick of leaving there angry every time I go, when I am a very easy person to please. I work customer service, and it is disgusting that women twice my age can't even answer a phone or act respectfully around customers. I live 6 miles from this location but will drive the extra 30 miles every time from now on to not have to deal with these people.

I needed a handicapped car hanger. They are for 1-5 years. The first prescription I brought from the doctor didn't have an expiration date. I got another that said lifetime, so the lady let me call the doctor's office to ask for another script for five years, and to fax it to the office. I did that in the car. When I went back in 15 minutes later, the fax was there. A hanger is $5. I paid cash and left.
