Let me just start off by saying.. I hate anything to do with title work or the DMV - I cannot stress this enough. We recently bought a car and I had to get the title transferred. I've never been to this location, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I've had nothing but bad experiences in the past. However, when I arrived - I was instantly greeted. They were busy but they made sure to let me know that I they would help me next. That little bit alone made me feel better - I wasn't forgotten, pushed aside or rushed. Only a few minutes had passed, then a lady came to the counter to help me. She looked over my paperwork and told me my total. I paid and then she has told me it would only be a few minutes, she would call me back up when everything was done. I maybe sat for 5mins max. I was able to get my new title and be on my way in a jiffy! This made me extremely happy. read more
