There's signs stating not to leave UPS packages in mailroom, packages are to be delivered to tenants door. The mailroom is a unsafe location for packages. I had two very expensive packages that were left in mailroom stolen. I have called UPS main office to file a complaint. This carrier came from the UPS 68 Street, Cleveland Ohio location. The management office and tenants are very frustrated with driver not delivering packages to tenants doors. We hope this problem has been solved since proper notification was made to UPS authorities. USPS (federal employees) opened my book box, STOLE 19 books out of it (Star Wars and Marvel graphic novels, Star Wars novels, a book about Jesus, several historical books, and 4 books about spirituality). We no longer use them because they either destroy some of our mail or just drop it on the floor and never bend their fat butts down to pick it up. Every week, I am receiving complaints from vendors saying they never received payments mailed weeks prior. CLOSE this location down, they have horrible attitudes, act entitled, and are the laziest humans ever. I should sue them for the amount of stopped payments I need to issue. Postmaster General is next in line to hear about these employees.
