"Somebody" opened the envelope, then the birthday card and STOLE the $20.00 gift I sent her. You were thoughtful enough to still deliver the empty card! When I arrived at the post office there was only one person in line in front of me but she had many tasks to do. Sondra was very patient and a clear communicator with the customer. Although I was the person waiting, I even felt taken care of. When the woman in front of me ordered stamps, Sondra took out multiple pages of stamps to show the woman to select an image. Nothing was rushed, but everything felt calm and as though she was aware of the fact that they were now multiple people waiting in line. Everything was smooth and efficient! Once it was my turn, again, transactions were quick and I felt taken care of. Giant kudos to this location, I'll definitely be coming here again whenever I need to shop packages!

I worked in cust serv for decades. If she were my employee, she would be reprimanded and sent for retraining and then just fired if that did not make a difference. I guarantee she would not have cared. And after reading other reviews, I see there is no sense in me going to the current Strongsville postmaster with these complaints as I do not believe they will be addressed. This particular USPS representative was dark skinned with long black hair.

We returned at the time we were instructed, only to wait an additional 15 minutes for the same employee. Additionally, when my husband and I scheduled appointments for our passports, our appointments were canceled twice without adequate explanation. This location clearly needs a better scheduling system and improved customer service. Appointments should be honored, and customers' time should be respected. I hope management takes steps to improve these ongoing issues.
