DIANNE should not be working with the public and should have NEVER been placed in a supervisory position. She has absolutely no concept of how to express empathy, concern, or even how to address a customer's very serious concerns. She is however very good at interrupting you while you are expressing your concerns, placing you on hold because she assumes that your concern should not take long, informing you how she will be spoken to, hanging up on you when you tell her to stop interrupting you, and she is excellent at making wild accusations about how the routing and account numbers would be ripped off of a check that was mailed within her office's jurisdiction. DIANNE is setting a very poor example for her subordinates (of which there should be ZERO) on how to deescalate and address the most serious of issues that her office could face (i.e.. theft, check fraud, mail fraud, grand larceny, etc.). I learned all of this within a 30 second conversation with DIANNE, the head person in charge of the Strongsville Post Office. This should come as no surprise to her given there have been countless local news investigations on people within the postal department stealing mail during the holiday season, but it is no wonder this is an ongoing issue if people like DIANNE are placed in charge of hiring and training personnel. Instead of acting like a thug she could have just given me the necessary phone numbers and explained the process needed to open an investigation on whose hands that check went through. Guess that was too complicated or she simply lacks the education and knowledge given she was never properly trained by the person who hired or promoted her. There is a systemic problem within the Strongsville Post Office and it begins with DIANNE and whomever decided she was fit to lead and is evident by all of the single star reviews canvasing the internet in regards to this office. read more
