One downside is that at least one of their systems always seem to be broken which I think is a UPS issue not the store. I have sent several emails about pricing for mailbox service here. I've called a few times and after ringing for a long while, it sounds like someone picks up and then just clicks off. Maybe it's just an automatic system that hangs up after too many rings. But that's just terrible service at this point. I was trying to avoid going in to ask a simple question, so I guess I'll just choose another location. Otherwise, the place is usually on top of things for helping with package returns and the employees are exceptionally nice. read more

I just wish they had hours open on Sunday. This is a peak period for conference attenders to ship large items home. And they are near the connvention center. I know employees want their weekends free, but surely they could find somebody eager to pick up a few hours to get some more income. I visited the other day and was greeted by the most delightful worker. He seemed genuinely interested in helping me and was attempting to do more than offer excellent service- add value to my day. I was dropping off Amazon returns. He was very patient, kind, and helpful. Toward the end of our interaction he reminded me that they're available for various printing services- like photos. I appreciated the reminder about a helpful service I may not have considered. I can't speak for everyone who works here, but if they're anything like him- you need to use this store for your packaging needs. read more

Haven't been to this store in several years due to the treatment i got from the females they have working here during the week. These younger females don't want to work??--they need to quit and go somewhere else!! I've been using the Strongsville and Parmatown stores where you are ALWAYS treated well!!! but this was just a small thing and I figured I'll try it again since this one is the closest to my house, I walked in, the line was out the door on a Sunday and they just opened 20 minutes ago. Kelsey was scheduled to work today and he was an absolute dream. I watched him handle the six customers ahead of me one by one --very upbeat, positive smiling, telling stories and being extremely informative, especially with the guy right in front of me who was returning Spectrum stuff. So I'll be coming back to this place even if only on Sunday to see Kelsey once again. read more

The prior owner (Mark, a local guy) sold to a new owner (lives out of state) in the fall of 2021. The new owner fired all the existing long term employees and replaced them with basically low wage Burger King workers. The prior, long term staff were wonderful with terrific attitudes. The new staff perform slowly at a marginal level. No comparison to the great staff Mark had. The new workers get the job done but it's apparent none of them really want to be there and it shows in their attitude. One girl is nice but the other gals have "attitudes". There's one or two guys who work there that are ok but like most of the girls, they're busy doing something close to nothing. I've been going to this store at least once a week for the past 5 years and knew Mark's employees pretty well; thus, my observations are quite accurate. One of girls yesterday was using the F-word while speaking with another employee - pretty much what you'd expect from this group. Thanks to the new out of state owner, this store has turned into a gutter. read more

$1 to tape a small box Anyone who buys from Amazon with any frequency will undoubtedly have some returns. Anytime I have walked into a UPS Store with a box and a prepaid label they have no problem taping it for me. A representative by the name of Dan informed me there would be a $1 charge to tape the box. This is a first. I have never been told that by any UPS Store agent. Even previously at this UPS Store I was never told that. Better off going to the one in Fairview Park or North Olmsted. Don't deal with the one in Berea. read more

I stopped by the UPS store in Berea this past week to drop off 2 packages, had no problem at all. My son stopped by and they refused the package because he wasn't wearing a mask. First off I wasn't wearing one either, when I stopped. If you are going to require customers to be masked at all, 1, be consistent, and 2 you better be providing them for your customers....period. Not everyone has masks or access to them, and more importantly, some people cannot wear them for health reasons, ie, asthma allergies, COPD..... read more

Worst experience ever! I had some lady with brown hair on 9/14/22. She was the rudest person ever! I came in to return a small appliance and she said 'Nope! You, OBVIOUSLY, need a box!' As I was about to walk out, I asked her, 'Well, don't you SELL boxes?" And she was so excited to tell me that it would cost me $30 for the box! Then she hands me the flat box with a large roll of tape and said, 'you gotta box it yerself!' (yes, that's how she sounded). She stood there watching me as I struggled to tape the box because the sharpener on the tape dispenser wasn't sharp anymore and I suffer severe back pain. I had to cut the pieces with my teeth - because, Heaven forbid I ask for some scissors and put her out of her way or get charged for using them! Then, she refused to scan the barcode on my phone and made me pay to have the barcode sent to their email to be printed. I told her she was quite rude and she THEN lit up this BIG SMILE as if she was finally able to pi$$ someone off! She's disgusting. read more

I have always used this store to ship packages.That being said ,today I incountered the rudest customer service . the girl was on her cell phone texting someone so I had to wait until she was done.Then she was so rude in answering my questions with smart mouth comments.She wass really lucky I did not reply to her in the same way .I will take my business elsewhere from now on. read more

Normally I have the absolute best experience there... however, today an employee I hadn't seen before wouldn't scan my Amazon QR code saying I had to print out a label and it wasn't them it was an Amazon issue. False! Then my other package needed a better printed out label due to needing to replace the ink on my home printer. Before I could communicate any further (I was in no way rude) she walked away to the back of the store. I think she is getting packaging she says I need for the QR code one. Nope. Comes back. I'm still standing at the counter. She asks the guy behind me what she can help him with. What?! I'm not done. Another lady then starts to offer to assist me but I'm so caught off guard by the way I was dismissed I don't even know what to think. Yes at the end I got frustrated. My response was something along the lines of forget it. I'll just take my s--t. Not cool on my part but I have a major time crunch--not their issue and to be dismissed that way when that is never how I've been treated there and she was WRONG about the QR code package... anyway went home fixed the one issue and saw where it says right above the code that the ups employee would print out the return label. Went back and the next lady was awesome and professional as usual. Bottom line until Lisa gets more training and manners and you have an Amazon return choose someone else. read more

Wow, they charged a customer for a box when they brought it in in a used USPS box. They said it couldn't be shipped in anything but a UPS box! Yes it could...boxes don't matter, the label is the important thing. Such a rip off to make a buck! read more

The store personnel were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend you give the shop your business. I was so impressed with the people working there, how they handled my phone calls, etc. While buying packing supplies I noticed that they can send anything, including furniture. After measuring and sending pictures back and forth with the owner, I decided to go with them to send a family heirloom from Berea to Los Angeles. It ended up being more than Dan anticipated, but he really, really treated us well. He went out of his way to make me happy and get my piece of furniture delivered safely and quickly. He did the wrapping/shipping materials by building a crate, which guaranteed safety for the piece on Ups freight. Just be aware that UPS freight just drops the piece off at the curb. I was very happy with my service from this store..give them your business! read more
