This all because we didn't have bleeds in our image template file. The next company I talked to could do absolutely what Alphagraphics said they couldn't ! Clearly the response to my review was just a back peddle attempt.

The prices are a bit much but the same from store to store and I have even tried the nearby FedEx Kinkos and they have similar results - although I end up waiting longer there. Yesterday John took my package gave me a receipt and I was out in under 5 minutes. I will say often its just timing, as I was heading to the car three others were arriving with several packages. The service here has been good and I will continue to use this location for my UPS needs. Thank you John for the great service over the years.

Each person I spoke with was consistently friendly and helpful and made the experience a pleasant one for me. And I felt they were honest, fair and straightforward with me about pricing. I had been anxious about the items arriving safely, but the packing they did was on par with the best I've dealt with elsewhere. Terrific job! The only area that might need a little focus or polishing, based on my personal experience, would be timeliness of responses, which were sometimes lagging a bit. It would be nice to get a quick email update every few days, even if it is just to state they are still working on it. Regardless, Store #1016 exceeded my expectations and was genuinely the best UPS store I have dealt with to date, anywhere across the country. And my wonderful experience with them means I will be doing more bidding at Gray's auctions, knowing that I have full confidence in the shipping! :-)
