I "camouflaged" it due to previous thefts by postal employees! I put it in a 6 x 9 envelope, along with a piece of a file folder with a note explaining the "camouflage".......and wrote on the outside of the envelope "photo, do not bend"! "Somebody" opened the envelope, then the birthday card and STOLE the $20.00 gift I sent her. You were thoughtful enough to still deliver the empty card! I hope you enjoy the $20 and put it to good use like crack, fentanyl or alcohol! Clearly, you must need to supplement your Federal paycheck to afford such habits! Hope you get caught! After prosecution and jail time, I hope you enjoy the Welfare Life of Section 8 Housing, Food Stamps and Medicaid! Even Walmart won't hire a felon! I will also send this review to the Henderson, Nevada Post Office since maybe THEY are the guilty ones. YOU ARE PATHETIC AND DISGUSTING! I hope you enjoyed my kind remarks written on the piece of file folder.....I meant every single word!

" i said i just need 2 international stamps. she got them for me and i left. what a rude individual. i guess there is nobody supervising these slackers. i've sent many packages from here to hong kong with other clerks and the process has never taken more than 10 or15 minutes 'tops" the guy in front of me was sending his small package to columbus. what a joke. these individuals need to be disiplined.

I came there today to drop off a package and I couldn't lift it onto the counter top by myself. Asked for her help so it can get scanned and she was like well if u can't lift it well neither can I. And she said the guy who does the packages ain't here so idk what u going to do. I asked for the supervisor and she very quietly said her name which was "Cherie" and was like she must be busy but u can just leave it there but u won't get a receipt bc the guy ain't here to scan it. All I wanna know well then wtf is her job?? To just sit there. This isn't the first time I've received attitude from this lady either. She always cops an attitude every time I come there unless someone else is working with her then she acts like she's sweet as can be. Idk what her problem is but she shouldn't be working there if she hates her job so much. She always comes up with an excuse to not get up off her butt when she is working. The other people working there that I've seen were always nice n professional. But she is the reason I give this location 1 star.

Everyone that comes to this location has the most complex requests and are the most incompetent of humans. There is always a line which never moves. They simply need more than ONE employee. Luckily I live downtown, and this is a nice short walk over. This is located in the Arcade with many other businesses including the Hyatt hotel. So it could be a nice place to have lunch if you are around. The post office itself is nicely sized, overall clean and supplies are always stocked as far as my experience in coming here goes. The problem: the rudest people work here. I have never been to a post office with employees that are so grouchy. Not just on one occasion, but I've been here about 5 or 6 times and it is the same thing every time! I came here yesterday about 20 minutes before closing time, there was one woman working. There were two ladies in front of me, and she was just ignoring them finishing whatever it was she was working on. When she finally acknowledged them, she said it would be a minute. One minute turned into five and when she was ready to work again she says " I need to go close the door so no one else comes in" (there was still 10 minutes left before closing, she could have waited a few minutes to do it). Anyway my purpose of coming was to drop off an already packaged/postage paid item (I did it online) and while I could throw it into the paid bin, I like to get it scanned in by the post office and get a receipt. I hand it to her, she looks at it and says "You're all set". I asked her if she could please scan it in and give me a receipt. She let out the biggest sigh ever heard by man. Boy did I inconvenience her, she was so pissed off... hate this place but can't beat the location... (2 stars only for location) Wish they would teach them how to smile...
