They sent me on this wild goose chase telling me my package was seized for "random sampling" by the postal inspector and when I was able to speak to someone at the postal inspectors office (which took a full day and was only successful because somehow I lucked out and spoke to a man at the county building who was friends with someone at the inspectors office) they told me that not only do they not have the package but that is simply not something they do. The action code on the print out is not a code used by usps. Basically they straight up lied and made this whole absurd story up and nobody seems to give a shit. Just do yourselves a favor and use fedex.

The mail arrived at the PO Box alright but never made it to my home. Was never forwarded. When I called the PO, the first thing I hear that my PO Box is closed. I am like, excuse me? I have paid for 6 months with a credit card. Then she checks out and says that it is not closed but the forwarding was never made. So I never received my mail. Can't trust this place any more. He said it would or if anything it would only be one day later that with priority it would be no later than 12/17. My package arrived on 12/21. When I chose my shipping method regular deliver would have been 12/19- so my package took longer paying more than if I shipped it regular mail. This is the second time this happened -the post office does nothing to respond- or refund the difference. This happened to me two years ago and they did nothing then as well- Last year I did not ship usps- I went fed ex and it was same price and there on time - I will never ship anything usps ever again !!!!!! Post office does not care about the customer and wont do anything to resolve or issue a refund !!!!!
