I said hello and asked if I could do my simple return to which I was told no, she was busy. I left and ran another errand in the complex and return about 10 minutes later. I was then greeted and she scanned my return. Also taped up the package for me, which I appreciated. A little customer service really can go a long way.

I asked them for my tracking number because usps say they send them off with their own individual tracking number they did not want to give me that. They claimed they reached out to passport agency. The agency said they only check status nothing else. Been giving me the run around. My original birth certificate now I have to repurchase pay a fee to cancel money order then do another application and pay that fee I'm so disappointed.
