The representative told me that I would have to buy tape and wouldn't offer assistance. When I then used a priority box, she was able to use their tape. I drove a distance knowing that this post office had a good reputation for being kind and efficient. I was stressed to get some important mail sent overnight. It's too soon know the outcome of delivery but the woman working in the office this morning did everything at her end to accommodate me and make sure she provided me with great service. She took the time to package my mail in a smaller envelope so it would be delivered to an apartment mail box and double checked all my information. This was the best service I have had in a long time when Simone goes above and beyond to help someone!

The clerk that I spoke with at the counter was not customer friendly in the slightest. I was not the only person that noticed either.... after I spoke with the clerk and got the paperwork I needed, I stopped at one of the stations to complete it before I left. Another patron approached me to comment about how rude the clerk was. I guess receiving good service is hit or miss here....
