This "office" reuses it. Yea! Anything you want to help you in business or your home is here, such as small and large printing jobs and copying. Ask for a quote. They package and mail anything by UPS, Fed Ex, DHL and U.S. mail. There are mail boxes, with 24 hour access, to rent for your home, business or if you travel that are safe and secure, and you can buy stamps. They have print and document services, a notary public, and document shredding. Check their website for all services. Call if you have questions. The Office is located near the end of a strip mall next to Cowboys.

I arrived and found out that the manager who notarizes documents had not come to work. I complained that I had to take time off work to get the document notarized. I asked the person at the counter to call the manager and tell her about the missed appointment and to ask what time the manager would be at work since I was planning to wait. The employee did not mention anything about the missed appointment. The answer that I got was that the manager was planning to get to work "around noon". Needless to say, the service that is establishment provides is awful. I have large items that I need to ship to relatives. I will most certainly not use UPS.

I decided to shoot my shot and just stop by this one on my way home. Luck must've been on my side because their notary was there and able to help me without any wait time! At first I was a bit confused because there was a kiosk that said notary, but I guess it was a machine that does fingerprints? Kinda misleading and the associate on site lead me astray by confirming it was for a notary, however the manager/notary, AJ, came out from the back room and was able to sign and fax my documents for me after I was questioning the "notary" kiosk for quite sometime All together it was $12, and I received a confirmation of the fax too!

I have never experienced worse customer service at a UPS location than I have here…read more The individual with the sunglasses has consistently provided some of the worst customer service I've experienced at any business. Of the three times I've come here to ship items, I've either been talked down to or had something made unnecessarily complicated. The second time, I thought maybe it was a fluke. But the third time was what really set me off. I accidentally brought in a FedEx package, and before I was even three steps through the door, I was immediately told, "Go to Walgreens with that," in an extremely demeaning tone. I understand that UPS can't accept FedEx packages, but there was absolutely no reason to speak to a customer that way. A simple, polite explanation would have been enough. It's really disappointing and unprofessional. I would strongly recommend retraining some individuals on basic customer service. The location itself is incredibly convenient, and the other employees I've interacted with have been smooth, helpful, and easy to work with, which makes the experience with this particular employee even more frustrating. Unfortunately, after three negative experiences, I will not be returning to this location.
