This was my first time ever needing a notary, and this UPS store made it quick and easy! After making two appointments online with other UPS locations and having them both email me about needing to cancel my appointments due to no notary at that time (which, why let me book that appointment slot if no one can help me!?!) I decided to shoot my shot and just stop by this one on my way home. Luck must've been on my side because their notary was there and able to help me without any wait time! At first I was a bit confused because there was a kiosk that said notary, but I guess it was a machine that does fingerprints? Kinda misleading and the associate on site lead me astray by confirming it was for a notary, however the manager/notary, AJ, came out from the back room and was able to sign and fax my documents for me after I was questioning the "notary" kiosk for quite sometime All together it was $12, and I received a confirmation of the fax too! read more

I had two monitors to return from Amazon. The men wouldn't help. I scanned label and I only got 1 return label. Buying a box for $15 was ridiculous because the men working were too lazy to print out a 2nd label. Worst UPS store! Never coming back. read more

The service here is very unorganized and unprofessional. I had a package for my young son for an event delivered to store. I received my ready email and text on Wednesday 9th @11a. Arrived on Thursday @5 and staff unable to locate even with confirmation that was signed in by employees. The package requires a signature for delivery. I left my contact information and now a week later and no communication or follow up. There is no accountability for misplacing package that was signed into building and employees while attending customers. read more

They're friendly but lack professionalism. What I'm referring to is the constant smell of weed. Could be the customers, but it's consistent everytime I go in. The clerk was munching on her snack while helping customers at the register. Also, I had dropped off a router last week and the receipt they gave me didn't include the tracking number. Now ATT doesn't know where my router is, neither does UPS. I should have been more alert, because the guy that took the router was distracted by his coworkers So, bottom line, I will continue to go here out of convenience but I would like to see customer service brought up a notch. Ok, I've been using this store basically since it opened. It was never what I would describe as a pleasant experience. I would have given them a 3 stars before today. That changed this afternoon. The 2 ladies working today around 1:30 (I didn't get their names), we're the best this store has ever had! Both ladies were cheerful, friendly and we're wishing everyone Happy Holidays. There was a line of 4 people in front of me, so based on past experiences, I assumed I'd be there for a good 20 minutes... These cheerful ladies were SUPER efficient and I was out of there in about 5 minutes. Such a pleasant experience this time I had to write about it. They get me in and out quickly usually (except around the holidays, but it is the holidays). Most of the staff are very engaging. I always feel they've charged me fairly for my shipments. The place is kinda small for all the services they offer like printing, office supplies, etc. read more

I have used this store two or three times for shipping pre paid Amazon returns. No fuss no muss with a receipt issued by store that the package was shipped. Last Monday however I made the mistake of dropping off the package to the person closing the door. Since it was closing time I didn't ask for a receipt... Big mistake as the package was never shipped... And there is no receipt to tell Amazon that I did ship the package. Disappointing ... Beware of not getting receipts at this store for your shipments! read more

The store is a physical mess and I had a package labeled to send back to retailer. Mistake- I did not ask for a receipt. The package was never received. The store tried to push me into the ups corporation, they pushed me on to retailer. Back and forth. Store claimed no liability in the process. In the end. The retailer sucked up the loss. Welp, we had quite the Debbie Downer at UPS yesterday morning around 9AM. He wore a fanny pack, a ketchup stained shirt, and a scowl. Negative Nancy was his name, and turning customers away right and left was his game. He told one woman that he couldn't ship her item (which was reasonably sized) because he would have to order a box to fit it. I don't believe this was truly the case, he just didn't want to have to do work as he typed away on the keypad at a snail's pace. He quoted another man $70.00 to mail a little envelope south of the border. Then when the man said he would take his business elsewhere, the employee proceeded to go on a rant about how FedEx would charge the same, bla bla bla, and it would cost that much no matter what. Again, I think this guy just didn't want to have to do work. read more

THIEVES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Owner could care less too. My mother in law sent my kids and husband a bunch of items through this store. She had THEM pack it up and send it to us. When the box arrived to me at my work (still sealed) my son's card was missing out of the box. I called my mother-in-law to make sure she had actually shipped it with the rest of the items and hadn't decided to mail it. She said she gave it to the man that works there to pack with the rest of the items. She said she was going to go there right now and talk to them. She talked to a man at the front counter and told him what was missing out of the box and that there was some cash in it (over $100). He said no problem and even acted like it had happened before. He had her fill out a claim form and told her when the owner came it, he was sure he would reimburse her. Well, the owner never called her back, but they had given her the owner's cell phone number so she called him. Eventually, she got to speak with the owner and he could have cared less. Didn't offer to replace anything. She even had paid extra for the insurance. I would def think twice before choosing to ship through these people. read more

The customer service was phenomenal. I was helped immediately (I believe by the owner) when I walked in. He was so friendly and made the transaction super easy. I showed up at 6:50pm, they close at 7:00. I was told by the staff that she had already started closing out the cash register and I couldn't send my package. I commented that their hours state they are open until 7:00, and that they should take my package. She didn't care and was rude. read more

When you patronize this location, it's a good idea not to be in a hurry. Routine transactions seem to take much longer than necessary. The clerks are businesslike and helpful/knowlegeable; however, there is one young man who doesn't speak loud enough and mumbles terribly. I may not be able to hear as well as I could when I was younger, but I'm not a candidate for Miracle Ear. The FedEx up the road is a little bit better, but not by much. Post Office?
