Sure enough it said it was rescheduled for July 6. Within an hour after the reschedule email stating July 6 the package arrived damaged on July 3. Does anyone know what they're doing at UPS? First, they told me to wait 5 minutes, which I had no problem doing. Then after I had already paid for the service, they came back and told me they "couldn't do it because they were busy." Meanwhile, there were only two customers in the store, including me. Everyone has to wait their turn, and customer services should be completed in order. If you offer and charge for a service, you should follow through on it instead of making excuses after payment.

The staff person (I forgot her name) was very helpful in scanning my docs for me and saving it unto my flash drive. I had first logged unto the computer to scan my docs (to email it to myself) but the scanner next to the computer only scanned documents one-by-one which would have taken me the whole night to scan. So I was very happy when the FedEx worker helped me scan them for free. Once my whole packet was ready to mail, I placed them in the FedEx envelope and choose a mailing option. My package could have arrived the next day if I wanted it too but I choose 4 day shipping instead. I got a receipt with a tracking number and I was set. Service here is great so I will definitely be back. P.S. If you use their computers, know what you want to do and don't waste time. They charge by the minute I believe.

Horrible customer service my order was supposed to be ready based on the quote on their website…read moredays ago so called this morning and was on hold for 30 minutes was told they aren't answering calls right now because they're so busy to call back in an hour. I called back a few hours later because I needed this product for time sensitive event tomorrow... second time I called they said they have 93 orders it's not their fault we said well you should have called to update us they said they can't but they'll work on it and hung up right away. Few hours later we call again for an update and speak to a manager to express concerns and the manager says they ran out of ink thats why its taking so long. Not only were there serious customer service issues and rudeness from the staff, the quality of the prints is horrible. I ordered glossy prints they are definitely matte. When we get there the guy says "is this you that called a million times?" (We called 3x... didn't even speak to someone the first time) we say yes. The guy says "you know you aren't the only one who wants your stuff rushed right?" Which was really rude.... Keep in mind I ordered this on my business card for my job and the order was over $100. I will never order anything from this rude ass Staples ever again!

I was supposed to receive a notice when the order was ready; I never did. I had to contact customer service. When I arrived to pick the order up, there were no employees at the print center. After about 15 min of looking around, an employee came to assist. He did not know what he was doing and was mumbling when he spoke. It took 30 minutes total to walk in a store and pick up an order that was already paid for. In an empty store, with no other customers in the print area. What a joke!
