I walked in and was immediately greeted by a coffee bar and massage chair-I almost forgot I was there to do a chore I have put off for five weeks. I was supposed to receive a notice when the order was ready; I never did. I had to contact customer service. When I arrived to pick the order up, there were no employees at the print center. After about 15 min of looking around, an employee came to assist. He did not know what he was doing and was mumbling when he spoke.
