They work very quickly and efficiently, so I've always been in and out in a matter of minutes! The last few large shipments I've made have been significantly cheaper to ship via FedEx than UPS, so lately brown hasn't been receiving my business. I feel like it should be an easy problem to fix. If two different people both call and say I am missing clothes, it should be that hard to return them to the rightful owner. Wash House CLE has made no attempt to pick up these other clothes. I have tried to return them, but I refuse to drive them there myself. This also makes me believe they are not doing much to find my missing clothes. I will not risk anymore of my clothes with their "convenient service".

UPS is the single worst delivery service I know of. If the shipment isn't late it's damaged. In…read morethis case both occurred. According to their tracking, my package arrived at their Middleburg Hts location on June 6 at 3:18pm. It was scheduled for delivery on July1, didn't arrive. Their tracking said it was rescheduled for July2, didn't arrive. Tracking then said rescheduled for July 3. I checked tracking one more time to see if anything has changed again. Sure enough it said it was rescheduled for July 6. Within an hour after the reschedule email stating July 6 the package arrived damaged on July 3. Does anyone know what they're doing at UPS? I quit using UPS for deliveries many years ago because of these types of problems. Unfortunately Walmart still uses them. Now I have to go through a return/claim process which is another nightmare with UPS
