    Avoid this location. Lazy scanning cost me $100 (and management doesn't care)…read more I will never use this Lakewood location again. I went in to ship multiple packages of T-shirts to my students. The employee at the counter accidentally scanned the exact same package twice. Because of this careless mistake, one of my actual packages went onto a truck without ever being properly input into the system. When you're shipping multiple things, you trust the employees to do their jobs right--you don't sit there and audit every digit of a 18-character tracking number on the spot. Because of their error, the package was never delivered, and because there was no digital record of its true tracking number, it was impossible to track down. The worst part was the management's response. I brought the receipt back to the store and showed the owner the undeniable proof: **two identical tracking numbers printed right there on the receipt.** It was a clear, unarguable mistake on their end. Instead of taking responsibility or trying to make it right, the owner flatly refused to help. I am out $100 worth of merchandise because they wouldn't own up to a scanning error. I now actively avoid this store and make a special drive out to the Rocky River location whenever I need to use UPS. Save yourself the headache and the lost money--go somewhere else.
