They now have a brand new home down the street, new management, and employees. I wasn't at all impressed with my experience. I even drove to another location later in the day to do a shipment. SERVICES/INVENTORY: The store offers printing, shipping, and mailing services. The checkout is organized into Shipping and Printing for easier checkout. There is a retail section at the store with books (most 40% off), planners, shipping supplies, greeting cards, and miscellaneous. I purchased packing tape, packing peanuts (x2), and packing bubbles spending $20 something. Inventory wasn't well replenished. I had to ask for more packing peanuts since they weren't on the shelves. I really wanted bigger bubbles but they weren't available. Only one package was on the sales floor. The peanuts did not even fill one medium box. I wish that there was a bigger package. Overall, I wasn't happy with the inventory. CUSTOMER SERVICE: The customer service was painfully slow. I considered leaving because stopping for a few packaging supplies shouldn't take this long. The payment system went down multiple times. I had to be transferred to two checkouts both of which were problematic. There were no bags to carry out my merchandise. Employees were explaining the shopping tiers to customers very well. The number of days and pricing per each. The conversations were very value-oriented and helpful to customers. I needed to mail a package after packaging. I went out of my way to Beachwood. I did not want to experience long waits and payment system failures. While a convenient location, I won't return in the future just because my time is valuable.

Counter help is useless. Was told to create an account and then come back. She made no effort to help. I left in frustration, only to hear "thank you, come again" as I left. I spent an hour in total in the store. I then went to UPS and was able to get my needs met within 15 min.

This location is easy to access with a parking lot right out front. I recommend bringing your project in on a flash drive in a number of formats in case you need to make changes. You can also upload your file in advance if it's really large. If you're working on behalf of an organization, be sure to bring your tax exempt paperwork or ask if they have it on file already. I'm sure I'll be back soon as this is a great and friendly attentive to FedEx Office and other online printing options.

A lot of their stock goes quickly when they have a sale and particularly in the furniture section, it's a struggle to find what you're looking for since the signs don't always match up to the boxes stacked around them. If you purchase a clearance item here and the floor sample is the only unit left, they'll sell it to you for 50% off. Quite a deal! Just make sure you wipe it down before using because there were sticky spots on quite a few of the chairs and desks. Customer service can be hit or miss depending on who you talk to, with a lot of them on the younger side and not quite as knowledgeable as one might hope them to be, but they're all approachable and willing to help.

I am too embarrassed to post a photo of it, it's that bad. I put in the order online and picked up the cookbook at this Staples store a few days later. Now, when I submitted the order, I had no explanation as to why this book cost $30 for a single print and only one page of color. I assumed it was going to be incredibly beautiful and professional looking at that price. Nope! I was so embarrassed to give this to my sister. I immediately ordered a custom hardcover book to be made from my file from Barnes and Noble, which is what I should have done in the first place! And it was cheaper! Worst of all, the staff did NOTHING to try to salvage this when I was so clearly very upset when they handed it to me. It was incredibly cold and cruel. I tried to salvage it by finding a cover of any kind in the shopping part of the store to put over this "cookbook," but the store was so poorly stocked, I couldn't even find that! I should have just done this at work and save myself the hassle, the money, and the embarrassment. My wonderful sister was understanding when I presented her with this messy pile of papers after I spent so much time and effort gathering recipes from her friends and family. But I can't wait to give her the B&N hardcover custom cookbook when it arrives in a few days and I can put this debacle with Staples behind me.
