They have a new lady there that is one of the most uncouth people I've ever met and does my belong in any kind of with that deals with human interaction and communication. She is very unprofessional and didn't know how to talk to people. Over my last two visits there jabe been yellow stains on my shirts, pants and/or jacket. She has the audacity to accuse me of me putting the stains of the clothes, that they were not done by cleaners and/or there is nothing she can do about it. So I just have to chalk up dinner jacket? Discard my button work shirts? She is very detasteful and has shifted my whole view of this place. Rarely do I write reviews but I'm this case, it was a must. I have had enough miserable experiences with cleaners across Cleveland from when I stayed downtown till I moved out here. The pick up and delivery service works like a charm. They have yet to mess up a single order to date. Not a lot else to say about a dry cleaning service, about as good as it gets.
