I told him I was going to the Cedar Green branch, and asked if it was too late for same day. It was just after 10:00 am. He told me it was too late, but if they hadn't finished the last load, they may be able to help me. He told me to ask for Joey, the store manager. I did that, and Joey told me to be there before 5:00 to pick it up. I have used D.O. Summers for many years, sometimes using their free pick-up and delivery service, and sometimes using same day. Instead of same day being an extra charge add-on, like some cleaners, that is their standard service. It's a great help...but be sure to go to their website and get their coupons! :)

At about $1.50 it's worth it. Plus it's walking distance. I've never needed a rush on anything but it's always been ready on time(usually 3 days). My first visit I brought a shirt that had red wine spilled on it to see if they could get it out. They were not able to fix it but in their defense it had been set in for at least a month before I took it in. I'm heading there today to bring some shirts, a pair of pants and to have some stitching fixed on a tie. I will update if there are any issues.

They have a new lady there that is one of the most uncouth people I've ever met and does my belong in any kind of with that deals with human interaction and communication. She is very unprofessional and didn't know how to talk to people. Over my last two visits there jabe been yellow stains on my shirts, pants and/or jacket. She has the audacity to accuse me of me putting the stains of the clothes, that they were not done by cleaners and/or there is nothing she can do about it. So I just have to chalk up dinner jacket? Discard my button work shirts? She is very detasteful and has shifted my whole view of this place. Rarely do I write reviews but I'm this case, it was a must. I explained to her that it had been a while since I've been to a laundromat and needed help on how their's worked. She was very helpful in explaining the various washer sizes, drying process and showed me where to locate the change machines. The facility was clean, the restrooms were spotless they have vending machines and they have many choices of washer sizes that take both credit cards and coins as well as dryers that dry fast! They even have a reclining chair that massages you while you wait on your clothes. I will definitely go back!
