Prior to the move, they called a couple of times to confirm locations, prices and optional add-on's. This is my doctors note the next day "Patient presents with complaints of right sided body pain since yesterday. This is about the same and not worsening. Patient states that she had hired a moving service to help move a lot of heavy items to her home. She states that she originally agreed to pay a certain price but yesterday when they arrived they wanted her to pay more money for them to move heavier things such as barrels and bags. She states that she refused to pay them so they left her stuff in the street. She states that she had no other way to move the items so she forced herself to move all of her things. She states that she used the right side of her body to help move and push the items. She states that now since then she has had pain to the right shoulder, side hip, leg and lower back.
