It seems like the only thing the company cares about is losing money; which if you have to harass your customers about making payments maybe you should look inward at how your own business is doing!! I called and tried to set up a payment for the month of January today and was told that if i make a payment on Friday of this week (1/26) that's i'll be charged not 1, but 2 late fees for the month of January so like anyone would I wanna know why and i'm told by not only the front desk associate (who is a naughty word that rhymes with PUNT) but also the OWNER that it's because January 26th is the turn of the month... Im sorry as a business owner id think you would have a calendar set up in your office to know when to charge certain customers and also how are you both grown and don't know there is 31 days in January?? Like what lmao then when I asked the owner got defensive and asked me why I would be upset over $10. HUH?!?!! I'm upset because I had to ask 2 employees (one being the owner) why i'm being charged for a specific thing and they both tried to turn it around and get defensive "WELL HOW MUCH MONEY DO YOU OWE ME" i'm sorry sir you're a business owner buckle up there's gonna be a lot of people that screw you over they shoulda told you that when you got your LLC I would just reccomend not to do business with them at all or if you do avoid the employees and ask for an itemized bill every month because the owner clearly is hurting for $10 Id like to update following the owners bullshit response :) While the contract may state that you charge multiple late fees, why aren't your employees aware of that, and more specifically why couldn't YOU AS THE OWNER make that known on the phone call?! lol almost like you don't know your own business contracts. and lastly, while conversations can be unproductive i'm sure you have been taught as a business owner to not say anything if you can't be polite as it can ruin YOUR business. It is away from densely populated areas, though close to Ravenna and Streetsboro and I-80, I-480. It is a very secure facility; high fences and sturdy separated buildings, secured gated entry after hours. Easy access to facility and your unit. Office is on the premises, so they also keep an eye on things. Everything here is clean and well maintained. The office sells locks and related items in case you need them and, as mentioned earlier, the owner and staff are happy to be helpful. It is hard to imagine how a storage facility could be better. I am confident my stuff is safe from both weather and people, so that why I keep it here :)

Uniform/Embroidery/silk screen: This place is miss named. Route 14 Storage is a great storage facility, but, the embroidery, silk screen, uniform aspect is unbelievably diverse. Uniforms, logos, t-shirts, jerseys, security uniforms, novelty items, hats, pens, etc. all available at this facility.
