Arrived on time both days, very attentive to fragile furniture and art objects, never stopped working until process completed. Also, all 4 were friendly, upbeat, reassuring, and uncomplaining despite the challenges of small doorways, narrow service elevators, and and the need to unload inconveniently far from building service entrance. They "carefully " wrapped....rocks, pads of paper, plastic boxes, and metal cookware with MORE paper than I've ever seen! 3. The dishes I had already bubble wrapped they put one piece of paper on. 4. They put ALL the kitchen boxes DOWN in the basement in my new house so I had to HIRE a local mover to come bring the boxes UPSTAIRS! 5. I used them to transport my vehicle. Oh Lord, that was an experience to say the least! The moving company took my car to their warehouse and the transport company called me to say they were at MY house. What?? I gave them the address to the moving company (did I mention Eyring movers contracted with them?). They got to the moving company and called ME to say they were out front. What? I had to call Eyring to notify them the transport company was out in FRONT OF THEIR office. "Eyring isn't going to use them again ". Oh gee wonderful. I am NOT referring anyone to use Eyring! They charged me a LOT of money and I got a LOT of stress and headaches from the whole ordeal!

They moved me from Lakewood to Fairview Park, Ohio, at a speedy rate, but were very cautious and professional. I was given a time range and they arrived within it friendly and ready to go. Prior to the move, they called a couple of times to confirm locations, prices and optional add-on's. They were able to supply me with a cover for my mattress (that I got to keep!) and proper care for some more fragile items. I was absolutely blown away by their help! Thanks again guys.

They cause deep scratches in my hardwood floors, scraped up a wall, and damaged a desk. I would NOT recommend using them.

They did not use bubble wrap, or even packing paper. They threw delicate items, literally threw, I saw them, throwing them into boxes and just broke our PS5, our clocks, anything electrical. Anything delicate was damaged. They left doors broken in our new house. It was awful. I don't understand how they could be a professional company. When we went back to our original house, we found that they just left like 1/3 of our belongings were still there. But thrown around randomly on the floor just a complete mess, not packed. We had the guys move just the furniture from one apartment to another. Elevators were in each building. The guys were courteous, kind and handle each piece of furniture well. All pieces were plastic wrapped, and they used fabric pads to keep the furniture nice. We would use these company guys again. Recommend.
