I've had horrible storage facility experiences in the past but was impressed by my experience with this facility. The main item being, I didn't even need to interact with anyone to get this handled. We already had enough going on, so this convenience was VERY appreciated. After a quick yelp search, Buckeye State Storage popped up. I noticed they were literally minutes from Cleveland State which was super convenient for my cousin. I immediately went onto their website and reserved their move-in special, a 10x10 for $99. I instantly received a gate code, room #, and my cousin already had her own lock from the past that she held onto. She dropped her stuff off 20 minutes later. That was easy!

CubeSmart makes it easier…read more I had packed everything up and went to Valley Storage who could not honor my reservation when I showed up with cars full of my stuff, they had just given it away that morning with nothing else available. In a desperate attempt to find another storage unit, I came across CubeSmart. I made a reservation over the phone as I drove over there and everything was ready for me by the time I pulled in. There was a great promo at the time that got me my first month free, and I felt my items would be safer as there is a security code and gate protecting everyone's storage unit and was very well lit. I only needed my reservation for 2 months, and on my final day I thought I had until end of day to clear out what I had left. Wellllll I was wrong and needed to be out a day sooner. I felt sick having to pay an entire extra month when it wasn't needed. One simple phone call to CubeSmart and I spoke to Brad - he said he would take care of it since I was planning to be out that day anyway. He honored his word and I am so happy!! It was completely my mistake and he didn't have to credit me back, but he did and I am thankful.
