It was $130 for 10x20 (it had a price increase starting April 2024 to $140) We stuck most of our personal belongings in the unit because we were traveling before we purchased a new home. Our problem arose as we cleaned the unit out and noticed mice droppings and urine pretty much everywhere. As we gathered boxes we also noticed rice (or grain of some sort) everywhere our belongings. See photos attached below. To say we were devasted was an understatement. Our mattress, rugs, bedding, and some clothing needed to be thrown away. We spent 650.00 dollars for our things to be ruined. When I brought this to the owners attention, he said that the contract absolves him of all personal damages within the unit. I had expressed a sentimental rug being ruined and the best he could do was send $100 which has not happened to date. See the photo below. So now, we've spent so much money replacing the items from the unit, were lied too, and basically screwed because we agreed to a contract, even after I had raised concerns about it. My advice look elsewhere and don't let your items be ruined. I also wouldn't be fooled by the positive reviews because they were probably purchased in exchange for discounted units.

When I returned there was water damage from the water leaking under the door. It soaked all the way to the back of a 15 foot unit. A lot of things were ruined. Some what my fault because I didn't get insurance (an extra $70 a month!), owner just brushed it off like it was my problem. My biggest problem with this place is on a Monday the 15th we moved almost everything out but a ruin mirror and moldy couch. Told the owner we would be back by the end of the month to get rid of the items. We left the lock off since nothing of value was left. Went back on a Sunday the 28th. COUCH WAS GONE! Mirror was still there. Called Monday to see what was going on. Owner said she had it removed and was keeping our deposit. Tell me how this made any sense? I paid the first of the month and that unit is mine until the end of the month. Owner told me that she thought we vacated because we didn't have a lock on it. Even though we told her we would clean it out by the end of the month. Extremely unprofessional business.

Rented two 5x5 units and when I consolidated into one, I was told I still had to pay for two because they were next to each other, after they at first approved the consolidation. Now I have to pay for both for March so I don't get locked out and am able to leave this horrible place before April 1. Clearly ripoff artists.

Then the guy who managed at the time who's name was George, said I wouldn't have to pay storage because, of the horrible thing that happened but, the woman who took over for him made me pay nearly $300 dollars just to move out; and after losing expensive antiques that belonged to my parents and other valuables., they refuse to offer me a dime of compensation so I will see these devils in court soon I pray.
