On day of move, they showed up at 11am and only sent 2 guys! The leader of the two guys called (his manager) Terry and said we need another guy because we can't move an armoire ourselves, Terry told them to get it done or else. The movers quit on the spot and Terry told them to "take the "sh*t" off the truck"!!! They put our stuff ("sh*t) in the driveway and left!!!! PLEASE HEED MY WARNING............ THIS IS A BAD DECISION!!!!! UNBELIEVEABLE AND WE WILL BE PURSUING LEGAL ACTION AND BBB ACTION.

When I returned there was water damage from the water leaking under the door. It soaked all the way to the back of a 15 foot unit. A lot of things were ruined. Some what my fault because I didn't get insurance (an extra $70 a month!), owner just brushed it off like it was my problem. My biggest problem with this place is on a Monday the 15th we moved almost everything out but a ruin mirror and moldy couch. Told the owner we would be back by the end of the month to get rid of the items. We left the lock off since nothing of value was left. Went back on a Sunday the 28th. COUCH WAS GONE! Mirror was still there. Called Monday to see what was going on. Owner said she had it removed and was keeping our deposit. Tell me how this made any sense? I paid the first of the month and that unit is mine until the end of the month. Owner told me that she thought we vacated because we didn't have a lock on it. Even though we told her we would clean it out by the end of the month. Extremely unprofessional business.
