These guys bent over backwards for me . . . sent a guy to drive two hours each way in his personal car on a Sunday night to get the part for me back in Brooklyn, Ohio. The crew was great, they had to pass through a confined area that belonged to another tenant in th e new location. We were amazed they accomplished it with no scratches on the walls. They were a good price and they were available for me to book at 7 pm at night for a move in the morning before the truck was due to be returned. They were very polite, professional, and accomodating. We ended up getting the Uhaul stuck in the mud on the way to the storage unit I was putting everything in, and we were late. They didn't start charging us until they actually started working. On top of that, they were very careful with my things, and more than willing to adjust what was put where so I could get to it in my storage unit without unpacking the whole thing. Even the heavy boxes didn't get thrown - ones that were obviously not fragile (books and papers and such). I was so impressed with them, that when I was ready to have my things moved out of the storage unit and into my new place, I hired them again. The second time, I had them bring their own truck. They loaded and then unloaded a 26' truck (the 20' I originally used was packed floor to ceiling, like a tetris game) in 5 hrs. They put stuff in the rooms requested, and even took stuff around the back and into the shed. AND they were kind enough to stack my dryer on my washer because there is not enough space for them to sit side by side in the new place. If I move again, these will be the first guys I call. I recommend them to anyone wanting to have movers help.

Using this company was the worst financial decision we have ever made…read more First off, they no-showed on our moving day after calling the night before to confirm everything. They then showed up 2 hours late to the rescheduled moving date the next day, which was our last day of possession. During the move broke my nicest TV, gashed our Kitchen table, and marked up our nice living room furniture, all while putting 2 holes in our walls in the new house. They then sent a claims person to the house to assess damage, and after being told we would get the TV and table replaced and the couches professionally cleaned, they came up with a claim of $168 along with an NDA. The workers were smoking weed on the job around our newborn and they used profane language the entire day around my wife. They only brought one dolly, and "forgot" their packaging tape and toolbox, so they used my tools and tape for our move, but still charged us for the extra hours needed to make the move. Probably 50% of the boxes were in the wrong location in the house, with a stack of 6 upstairs master bedroom and master closet boxes in the basement. Our patio furniture was scattered in the grass in the back yard, and several boxes labelled "fragile" with arrows pointing to the top of the box were upside down or laying on their side. The company is standing firm on their $168 claim offer and invited me to write all the reviews I want and to share my experience. Stay away from this company, they are an absolute nightmare.

We were preparing to put our home up for sale and we hired Dussault Moving & Storage to store some…read moreof our property while the house was being shown and they would deliver it when we moved. Dussault delivered our belongings and they had no regard for our furniture or other items. We looked at our dining room set that they delivered and it has a big chunk out of it and it is scrapped on the side. The filing cabinet they put in my office, has big scratches and gouges on it. We marked our boxes with stickers showing if the items in it were fragile or heavy. They carelessly placed fragile items on the bottom and heavy on top. One box that had decorations in it to hang on our front door for various events was on the bottom and the box was crushed!!! We initially thought about hiring them when we moved all of our things to the new home but decided to go with someone else. All I can say is THANK GOD WE DID or we would have more things trashed or ruined. If you're moving, DON'T use Dussault Moving, you'll be sorry if you do!!!

My parents were helping my wife and I move when Tom showed up to our apartment. From the very beginning he had an anger problem with my mom. I told him that I wasn't sure what was said on the phone but my mom's father had just been put in hospice so take her with a grain of salt. While in the apartment he was barking orders, and being rough with our belongings. One of the things he asked to do we did, but while doing it he continued to exasperate the situation by not letting go of the subject. When I asked him if we could just drop the subject and move forward he lost it; refusing to move us at this point. Tom brought what had been taken to the truck and brought it back to the apartment as if he was dropping off garbage. He continuously dropped the "F-Bomb" even telling my elderly father, "F@#! You!" He also shouted that he's an American. He also let us know that he has been with the company for 16 years and that they would side with him over a customer. The owner ended up sending out new guys, one of which was Tom's partner to begin with. His name is Eddie...super nice guy! He even apologized for Tom's behavior. Eddie and the guy he came with, Dre (?) are the reason I am giving two stars instead of just one. If I talked to my customers even a tenth of the way Tom spoke to my family and I, then I would be unemployed. It is very sad that there are good people looking for work and yet a man like this still has a job. One day he is going to talk this way to the wrong person and they aren't going have it and he will probably be shot as a result.

After an hour of waiting, they mentioned that they'd also be short staffed and have fewer movers than I paid for. I ended up moving things myself with family/friends before they even showed. I told them not to bother coming and this jackass has the nerve to whine about how he's almost there and I made him waste gas coming all the way out there. It should've been an easy job and easy money. They'll screw you over. These guys don't care. Look elsewhere.

We hired them last minute after we had an issue with the moving company we had. They got back to us in 20 mins after my initial text close to midnight. They showed up on time and they arrived to Buffalo on the o'clock as they promised. We moved out at least 7 times in the last 10 yrs and advanced company by far was THE BEST. However after trying to reach him numerous times he finally just ignored me even 3 months later. I did have two additional family members assisting me. Once things got damaged the company defense was that they don't know who actually damaged it. (Never add your own help). I also had a mirror that went missing. I asked him to check the truck he rented to move me and he ignored that as well. He adjusted the price but my move was still over $300.00. Even after he ignored me, I never disputed the charges. This was a Yelp project to which accurate moves by Mike responded quickly. Mike, and his colleague Scott, showed up in a nice large truck and loaded up quickly within an hour. They were efficient and took great care to make sure that none of our items were damaged. The move was from Rocky River to Vermilion and within 3 1/2 hours, everything was deposited in the new location with care and attention. I was really pleased with all of the communication I had with Mike in person and electronic. They were repeatedly willing to move things around in the new location to suit our needs and that was really nice to see. It was a full service move and I cannot recommend accurate moves by Mike enough!
