I really enjoyed their selection of Burgers and Fries. I don't know that I feel strongly about either really... they were good, but I've had better. I enjoyed their creativity when it comes to the ingredients for the burgers. The burgers have a thick patty, but it's not too overwhelming. The portion left you content, but not super full. Having tried both the Dragonslayer and the Gypsy Burger I would have to say that I preferred the Gypsy. They were both good, but I liked the Gypsy much better partly because I prefer carmelized onions over raw onions on my burger. I tried the rosemary fries as well... They were good and came in bigger portion than expected, but I wasn't crazy about them. My friend and I tried the Rice Krispie Treat and found it to be salty. It also had some other spice in it we couldn't quite detect which made it unique. But I couldn't quite get over the overpowering saltiness... I liked the energy of place. I thought it was clever of them to put outlets in the booths so you could work while eating. This location also had tall partitions between parts of the restaurant which created more of an intimate/cozy-like setting for couples. read more

I was disappointed to see that they no longer have the Chicago beef and it was only after I left the restaurant I realized that Cubby's Chicago beef no longer has Chicago beef on the outside of the building other than that the service isn't great and the past few times I've been there the food has gone downhill. I will say years ago it was worth the price but now that price has gone up in quality has gone down I won't be back. read more

Soooo slow. All Cubby's are, but this one was particularly bad. Not that busy and still took over 35 minutes to get our food. Not a large order, just four people. read more

First time at a cubbys and last time. This place is not very good especially for the price. I got a burger for 8-9 buck doesnt come with frys got a side of there macaroni 5 bucks and both the burger and the macaroni were terrible. I dont understand how this place is popular. Must be for people that dont know good food. read more

The tri-tip sandwiches and sweet potato fries are the thing to get. The burgers are also good.

I ordered online to avoid the rush, and, despite arriving after my order was supposed to be finished, it had not been started. There was one person ordering when I arrived. I waited 40 minutes for 3 burned hamburgers, two salads, and 3 orders of fry's. Pretty pitiful service. I watched close to ten orders go in and out while we waited. At least the meal was terribly overpriced at nearly $90. Save your money and time and go to Chubby's instead. Ten times the meal and service at half the price! read more

Food was terrible and simply not why was ordered. Spoke to a shift lead who noted they were "short staffed" and no manager was available. She then proceeded to argue with me about an order she couldn't see since it was delivered. Not sure there's anything else to say. read more

Burgers my son and I got were really good. The salad my wife got was not any better than a salad from Wendy's. Quite disappointing on the salad. The shakes were only filled 2/3s of the cup. Right after, the same girl brought out shakes that were filled to the brim. Kind of an expensive shake to only give you a cup filled 2/3s of the way. Probably wouldn't make a trip here again. I love shakes. The one I got at the Provo location was great and filled to the top. read more

Stellar experience and stellar food! Our family was driving from Richfield to Salt Lake City and needed a place to stop in between and Cubby's did not disappoint. Atmosphere was adorable and service was quick. The mac 'n cheese is a must try!!! read more

Not impressed. The food was thrown haphazardly into the box, and half of our fries were burnt. Not to mention we waited 20 minutes past the pick up time for our order. This place is definitely not worth it for the price. Wouldn't recommend. read more

First off- the aesthetics of this place are amazing. Simple, clean and somewhat whimsical. Secondly- I loved the food. I had Kale + Wild Rice salad. Had a slightly salty taste, more than my liking but wasn't enough to make me not like it. Had bites of the tri-tip sandwich and it tasted great! Also tried sweet potato fries for the first time which really grew on me! Bottom line- TRY IT! read more

Cubby's is always a great lunch. Love the TriTip Sandwich (with mustard). I work with their management team as well (Cory & Greg) and their whole team are awesome people. Their are locally owned. Support local business is what I say. read more

Cubbys is my fave in UT! Cubbys is as good as it gets for casual dining. Good food with a range from pretty healthy to slightly naughty - all of it delicious. I'm normally not much of a salad eater, but their tri-tip steak salad is absolutely wonderful. The atmosphere is nice and the staff is always great, enhancing already great food. We had some issues with Doordash orders being wrong when they first started using it, but Cubby reached out to us and said they'd do training to fix the issue and every order since has been perfect so we can enjoy it at home was well :) The only thing that would make it better is if they set up a franchise in my kitchen, so I could have it every day whenever I want ;P read more

yummy! we got the cilantro lime steak salad and it was one of the best salads we've had! my husband also got the cock-a-doodle-doo chicken sandwich and it was to die for. bit pricey but very good food. service was quick. ambiance and feel of the place was alright nothing special. read more

This is a solid choice for me and a favorite place with friends. The staff is always courteous, and the quality of food is in the taste. My preferred menu items: Tri-tip Steak Salad Macaroni & cheese Tri-tip steak sandwich with extra sweet BBQ sauce Sweet potato maple fries Atmosphere/seating: casual, but the chairs could use a bit more "cushion". read more

I have tried so hard to like this place cause my husband loves it so we Ordered through door dash and got 2 tri tip sandwiches a small cup of mac and cheese and an order of maple sweet potato fries. As usual I really didn't like it but with two sandwiches fries and a bowl of mac it was like 65 bucks (before the door dash taxes tip and fees so it ended up being like 75 total which was soo outrageous to me but husband wanted it) what was super disappointing was paying 8 bucks for the sweet potato fries and then getting like a total of 12 fries in the bag, the tri tip on the sandwiches were dry and overcooked even my husband wasn't too happy with it and based off of how much we paid I could've bought a 5 lb tri tip and made it myself so that's mostly what was my biggest issue was how much everything cost for the quantity and quality of it read more

Portions for cost is a joke! Got the half salad and it had about 1/2 cup lettuce, one beet, two orange segments. 12$ what a joke! Oh, also I paid to add chicken to the half salad ($5 add on) and got TWO, TWO tiny thin strips of chicken read more

This place provides a very unique flavor to traditional sandwiches. We have a small army for a family and everyone but one enjoyed what they got. The 3 little ones got the T-rex burger. They loved them. The two older kiddos both got cockadoodledoo's and really liked them. My wife got the Mr. Beef and hated it. She loves traditional French dips and the sandwich had a very unique flavor that none of us liked. I got the Tri-tip steak sandwich and it was very good. I loved the fruit bowls for the kiddos. We also got the buffalo blue cheese fries and they were awesome! The employees were super friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean. $76 for 7 people. read more

Excellent place to eat. Can't believe I've never been before. My wife loves this place and finally took me. I ordered the tri-tip sandwich and it made me so happy. I ordered it with the spicy sauce cause that's how I roll. My wife had the portobello sandwich and rosemary fries. Both of her items were so good. I really did love the fries. All of their food is organic which is a bonus and the locations are nice and clean. The staff was friendly and more importantly the food was top notch read more

Let me start by saying I never post reviews. I got the half tri tip salad and it tasted great , no complaints there, but the portion size for the price was RIDICULOUS! There was maybe a cup and a half of salad. Come on guys salad is cheap. I finished the entire salad in about 15 bites. For $8 it was a REALLY overpriced side salad. I left annoyed and still hungry. read more

Had the Nashville chicken sandwich a few days ago. It was fabulous. The crunch of the coleslaw and dressing with red onions really brightened up the sandwich. The Nashville sauce was spot on. A little spicy on a juicy piece of fried chicken. The brioche bun was also a great touch. Best chicken sandwich I've had at a restaurant. read more

I went in placed my order. The guy said 6 mins. I waited about 20 mins. Went up and asked. The girl couldn't find my order. They were more worried about their to go orders. Manager basically shrugged his shoulders at me. Could have cared less. Worst customer service. Won't be back. read more

Love this place, but the Dr.Pepper was out and the employees had no desire to change the syrup. The explanation was that they were too busy taking orders and delivering food. We spent $30 on our meals and didn't get the drinks we paid for. As we left, one of the employees we had told was wiping off tables. I mentioned again that the Dr. Pepper was out and she said, "Oh yeah I know!" Didn't do a thing about it. So the main reason I'm sending this review is to make the owner aware. If it were my business I'd want to know that my employees were doing stuff like this. read more

love going here and kids meals are not that hamburgers are a good size and is clean inside.

Big and hearty is the description listed on their display wall. My bacon cheeseburger was nothing close to big nor hearty. I thought they must have given me a child's patty, so went up to show the counter girl and I was told that was the size of their burger patty. To top it off, No cheese. Fries were suppose to be Rosemary flavored, however they only had pepper sprinkled on them. Cubby's missed the mark on this one. After waiting over 20 minutes for this, wish I would have read all the other negative reviews beforehand and went else where. Will not be returning. read more

Went to cubby's at 6:30 on a Friday night with a group of 3 people. The line was fairly short when we got there but waited for 45 minutes to get our food. I counted 15 employees working, so they can't blame it on being short staffed. Food tasted good, but the service was unacceptable. I won't be coming back to this location again. read more

I really love Cubby's. . . At least I used to love it. The last few times I've been there have been really bad. Tonight I paid for my "to go" order and when I got home half my food was missing, the fries were so undercooked they had the consistency of noodles, my tri tip salad was more fat than meat, and the tri tip tacos had very little meat topped with a mountain of slaw to hide the lack of meat. There were only 4 parties in the restaurant and no cars in the curbside parking stalls. It wasn't very busy and there seemed to be no sense of urgency to get orders out promptly. It will be a long while before I return. read more

UPDATE: I gave this three stars, but I came back to take two off because everyone in my group felt sick to their stomach after eating here. Their sweet potato fries are a five star item with a crispy outer edge and soft interior. They taste best in the store--beware soggy softness if you take them to go (but that happens to all fries). A tad overpriced, but a nice selection of sandwiches. Their trip tip salad used to be the stuff of legend, but I would not even recommend it now (sad). Some of their other salads are fairly good but it's a lot of lettuce with a small layer of topping on top. I miss the generous portions during their first two years of operation. read more

It was a bit on the expensive side, but the food was pretty good. Edit: I've gone back since a couple times since. While it is still more expensive then the traditional burger joints it's not by THAT much. The burgers I've tried have a uniqueness to them that separate them from other places. You can tell they use fresh ingredients read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Came in and not one employee said a word just started. When we went to the cashier to pick up our order the employee was rambling about a quesadilla? I honestly thought all the employees were on drugs. Employees pushed passed to walk by without acknowledging or saying excuse me. The tables were messy and the windows were so dirty. I was just grossed out by the whole experience, the cleanliness and attitudes displayed. I've been to other Cubby's in the salt lake area and NEVER experienced anything like this. Super disappointed. read more

Pretty good food! Consistent quality and relatively healthy choices. Prices seem a bit higher but you get what you pay for and I really can't complain about anything I've tried so far. I was super excited to see a Cubbys go in here in Spanish Fork... that is, until I actually went in and ate there. I give the cleanliness 4*, the staff 4*, & the food 4*. They were having computer system issues when we were there. Also, sending paperless receipts to email is ingenuity at work... but I would suggest that you do it from an actual corporate domain email address, not a Gmail email address. HOWEVER, $10 for a sandwich without fries or a drink? That's madness! I have eaten in numerous metros across the country, Cali to Massachusetts and inbetween, and I have still been able to find streak sandwich combos for $10. I won't be back for awhile. read more

Stopped in on a road trip for a healthy lunch. The buffalo chicken sandwich was tasty, but not served on a baguette as described on the menu - used a regular French roll. We also ordered the steak salad and they delivered a steak sandwich to our table instead - took just a few minutes for them to correct the order. The salad was yummy - although we were wondering about how high the salt content was... Finally, ordered a couple of iced teas and were surprised when we went to the drink area that they didn't have an unsweetened tea option - just sweetened black and raspberry tea. Also surprised that they had run out of tea and spent some time to get it flowing again. Bottom line: great tasting food. Suggest they do some training with their young and friendly workforce - specifically keeping the fountain area clean, tidy and repeating back orders at the cash register to ensure they are correct. read more

The food? Delicious! The prices? Not my favorite. Husband and I went into Cubby's this week, as we had never been. I ordered the Tri-tip California, he ordered the Houdini and we split orders of rosemary fries and mac and cheese. My sandwich was amazing and I would definitely order it again! And the fries?! Amazing! I would LOVE an order of them right this second! The mac and cheese was actually really gross. It was dry and not very cheese-y. We were only able to eat it after putting chipotle fry sauce on it. Speaking of, that stuff is delectable! I want to know where I can buy some! Husband didn't really care for his Houdini, but I tried a bite and thought it was decent. It seemed a little dry, not juicy at all. We will most likely go back, but not very often. The price point for Spanish Fork is really too high, IMO. Like another reviewer stated, you're looking at about $10 just for a sandwich sans fries and a drink. read more

I had "The Gypsy" burger it was a great BBQ burger and the burger patty itself was awesome. Thick, juicy, and great flavor. My only recommendation is to add a menu stand or something so you can view the menu without looking up so high when you are in line. read more
