The vehicle was returned to me with an impeccable paint match, AND the interior had been detailed to the point where my husband thought they had actually replaced my floormats. Took my car into here to get my bumper back on, and I was very impressed at the experience I had here. First of all, I was given the option of 2 quotes - and as I chose not to have insurance cover me since I didn't want to get dinged on my rate, I chose the partial repair as the full repair was $1200 more. The experience from start to finish was pretty good. I couldn't bring my car in until close to their closing time, and yet still there were people around to help me - particularly Gary the owner. I was very impressed - as a very minor suggestion I'd say maybe make it official and stay open another 30 minutes maybe? Something to think about. Anyway, I was expecting for the place to be closed and to drop off my keys for the next day, but they were still open which I was quite happy with. During the inspection I was allowed to have a seat and was directed to a tray of small snacks to munch on while this was going on - a nice touch as this was right after work and I was a little hungry. Although there was a part that took a day longer than expected to get there, that wasn't Reflection's fault so nothing I could do about that. I cabbed it back there today to pick up my car and was very impressed - the end price I was charged was within $14 of the estimate - and when your repairs are already costing in the neighborhood of $800, another $14 is nothing. I was expecting them to push the bill to $900 or $1000, but they never did that. Pleasantly surprised by the end price. I was also given my choice of CSN swag on the way out by Gary, another nice little touch. Frankly I hope I never again need the services of a body shop, but if I do I know where to go. Reflections is professional, down-to-earth with friendly, timely communication. When my brand-new Mazda got rear-ended, I was devastated. I wanted a place that used authentic factory parts and honest. I asked my dealership for recommendations and did extensive research. They suggested Reflections. Even though I live on the north side and they're located in the south, I was willing to check them out. I was still apprehensive about the whole experience, but Blaine from Reflections made me feel completely comfortable. I brought my vehicle in for him to access and quote and he walked me through every step of the process, which took almost an hour. Their work does take a little longer than average (approximately 2 weeks for me, once they started on my vehicle) and the wait-list to get in might be longer, but that's probably because they take the time to ensure your vehicle looks brand new again. My car is a shimmery blue colour and I was really worried they wouldn't be able to match the paint exactly. But they did! They also provided me with a small bottle of the paint to take home with me (free-of-charge) for touch-ups. When I picked up my vehicle, it was spotless outside *and* inside. They probably even vacuumed everything. Their costs may be higher than average as well, but with their fantastic work it's well worth it. And insurance paying for it doesn't hurt either. Their work is a life-time guarantee so no complaints there either. I've recommended them to friends and family. A coworker brought his Mazda in for auto body work, and they even remembered his name when he walked in the door to pick up his vehicle! I think they specialize in Mazda's and Mercedes Benz's since they're partners with Weber Mazda dealership, but I've seen all kinds of vehicles parked out front awaiting repairs. Accidents and the after mass are always a headache, no matter the circumstances, but Reflections made the experience a lot less painful. A+! read more

When our Saturn ate a guard rail, we took our car to Reflections Auto Body to repair. They were friendly, prompt and business-like, while somehow also giving a really cozy, family feel. There's a cat that strides all around the office and everybody pets her. They didn't even mind when I sat in the waiting room with my dogs. Here's the best part: They did a fantastic job on my car, and also noted that a simple $50 fix would get rid of the noise that's been plaguing us for years. I told my husband, "I should have wrecked your car sooner." It's never fun to get bodywork, but Reflections Auto Body took the kinks out of the car and the experience. Highly recommended. read more

Dealt with Reflections following a rear-end collision in August 2012. They are an AMA-recommended body shop and I can see why, I was treated very professionally and got a quote with no hassle, Blaine and Gary were very helpful and I was more than satisfied with the results; the repairs were first rate. Can't recommend them enough. Update: part of the reason I wrote this today is that I had to go back to Reflections following a second rear-end collision (just my bad luck, don't know why I'm a target!) and I realized that I forgot to post about my first visit to them. Best service ever! Reflections did everything right. Not only did they do the work on the order, but those little extras. The paint touch ups and cleaning my car was NOT expected - what a great surprise when I picked up my car! They kept in touch with me so I knew what was happening. Like most people I browsed the web for a shop in Edmonton. In the past I've had only headaches taking my vehicles to big dealerships or Autobody shops so I decided I would drop in before I had my 2005 ZR2 Edition towed to them.As soon as got in I knew this was where I'd be sending my truck.The office staff was friendly & professional and I only had to tell them my name once lol. To me if they can't just remember your name it tends to spread remembering things about my vehicle too :) I knew it was going to take longer for my vehicle to get back to me being collision season and being backed up. But if I needed surgery I wouldn't want a doctor that wasn't busy and the BEST are usually busy.So I felt at ease that everything would be fixed properly and not rushed. They kept me updated which was nice and assured me I'd get my baby back the way she looked and ran before. Obviously I did or I wouldn't bother taking the time to write a review about them, something I wouldn't do unless I felt they went the extra mile to deserve it. Back in 2003 I took my 1999 Ford Taurus to Reflections. The quarter panel and trunk lid needed replacing so they told me the time frame they needed to do the repairs. When I finally got my car back( two weeks late) the repair job was poor, there was things like the trunk lid being adjusted after painting so you could see the previous red color and when you climbed into the trunk and shut the lid you could see outside, they didn't straighten out the sheet metal to provide a seal from the outside. I took to battling it out with the owner and he told me I was to picky and it was only a Taurus and to not return to his shop in the future . I never have and never will return. read more

After my bad experiences with "Insurance approved" Autobody shops like Jaehn's, Empire and Body's I decided to make my own decision with where I wanted to repair my car. After a google search I decided to try Reflections Autobody primarily because they were close to my work and I read good reviews. After my first initial visit, I had a good feeling about his place. The staff was punctual, friendly and pleasant even at 7:30am. This company clearly believes in integrity and honesty and they treat their Customers with respect not as a dollar value. My repair was not anything major, but they understood my needs and worked with me to get my vehicle repaired quicker, which was great because they saved me from having to spend even more money on a rental. They did a fantastic job on the repairs and the detailing, my car looks brand new! From beginning to end the service was amazing! I will definitely be a repeat Customer and already suggesting Reflections Autobody to all my friends and family, and I hope that my review will make you want to Lesson to be learned, just because an insurance company approves an auto body shop does not mean much. I cannot say anything good about this place located at 5365 93st, other than the ladies up front were very nice. I had to return my vehicle 4x and they still didn't get it right!! Don't use this place but if you do, PLEASE GO OVER your vehicle with a fine tooth comb inside and out! They did not replace damaged pieces that are not seen from the outside (behind the quarter panel), they did not adjust the headlight; did not align front fascia properly (found out after they couldn't align properly due to using damaged parts); did not replace over 15 plastic rivets leaving all the plastic motor housings flapping around; did not replace the plastic wheel well properly; did not re-attach the fog light properly; portions of paint peeled a week after; lower ground effects looked terrible due to them gluing the parts back on they broke in the process; did not do a wheel alignment and I'm still finding issues a year later! DON'T USE THIS PLACE!!!! I heard afterwards that they pump thru as many cars as they can during the winter season so they can make more money, not taking quality into consideration! -5 stars!!! read more

I am so happy Yelp helped me find this place!! My truck with aluminum hood had a fairly small dent on it. Paintless dent removal places weren't able to help, and regular body shop quotes were quite expensive. Reflections was able to hammer out the dent, got us in real quick, and was able to do the repair real fast. read more

I have an appointment to get my car fixed with them next week and while setting up and appointment with Gary, I told him that car is making a strange kind of noise from front where it is broken. I had an exceptional experience with Reflections Auto Body. After having another driver hit my drivers door, I had no clue where to start looking for an auto body. This is a city full of body shops and being new to Edmonton, I had no clue where to start. I had 3 estimates prior to going to Reflections but I wasn't convinced by any of them.. until I met the crew at Reflections. They were precise, professional and reassuring. I knew before I walked out the door that this was the place I was going to use. They took care of everything from setting up my car rental, a shuttle to and from the car rental location and everything in between. Once the work was complete (and on time I might add) I was more then happy with the finished product. It looked like new! I couldn't have been happier.
