Things didn't get off to a good start as I was initially told I could just drop in, then when I dropped in the front counter lady told me I had to make an appointment. So, I made an appointment for the next week. After that it got much better. The windshield looks fantastic, it's nice to drive without looking at cracks in my windshield which I've had since I bought it 10 years ago. They had a couple of cancellations so they had the job done in just over an hour, which was a pleasant surprise. Their waiting area has free coffee and water and they pull your car back around to the front for you if there's a parking space free so chances are you won't have to walk to the back unless they're super busy. Will definitely come back if I need windshield services again.

You have not proactively contacted me once, I feel like I'm babysitting you. It has been 6 months since the alternator was replaced, this is not a reasonable timeline to have a warranty fulfilled. If you bought a faulty part from a shady company that would not fulfill the warrant and sold it me to as a new part with full warranty that is not my fault. At this point you should be refunding me the cost and keeping the warranty whenever you get to it.

Once I got home and drove it for a couple days, my sensors came on telling me there was a problem. Assuming it was not window related, I took the truck to my Chev dealer. I was told that the unit on the windshield was installed incorrectly and had to be redone. My bill from the Chev dealer was over $300, more than the window replacement. After sending in the bill and notifying them 5 times, all I get is we'll get back to you. Done with them. Do not deal with a company that does not back up their work. So I called another cab and returned to the shop. Cabs cost me $50 and I would have waited at the shop if they had been accurate with their estimate. Irritating and costly. Three years later today, I hear wind noise in the cab and discover the window latch has failed and my window is flapping free. I never opened the window. So I call there, they tell me to bring it over, which I do. There response is: this is not covered by warranty. Avoid the North Edmonton Crystal Glass unless you enjoy bad customer service.

Our experience with All Weather At Home has been extremely frustrating. We ordered a window through…read morea Kelowna company on April 3, which in turn ordered it from All Weather At Home. On installation day, the door had a major problem -- it required extreme effort to open and close. We didn't want it installed, but we were assured by All Weather that it could be fixed with adjustments. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed the installer and made him tear off all the moulding and move the door half an inch. This did not solve the issue. We were then told the window had to be paid for in full before any warranty work would begin. We paid, with hesitation, believing it was our only option. Over the next several months, they returned multiple times -- often arriving without the proper parts or tools, and even forgetting which parts they had already replaced. Now, five months later (in September), the door is still not fixed or properly finished. Once All Weather realized they could not fix it, they dismissed the problem and told us it was "good enough," even though the door is still difficult to open and close and is missing weather stripping. As an elderly couple, this ordeal has been exhausting and stressful. After months of delays, excuses, and failed fixes, we cannot recommend All Weather At Home to anyone."
