I tried out a different windshield repair place first for a chip that led to a crack and then it cracked again and doubled in size in a period of 24 hours. If I had only come here first, they could have sealed the initial chip AND crack with resin and it wouldn't have spread. So in the end, I did end up coming back here and having my windshield fixed by them, just wish I came sooner. Staff were polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. They say they are the only ones in Western Canada that seal your entire chip/crack and not just put a little resin in where the chip started or where the hole is drilled to end the crack. They offer a warranty, for free, on the repairs they do so you have nothing to lose. Next time, this will be my first and only stop for windshield repair.

Rude unprofessional, not terribly talented and certainly not masterful.

I immediately told the assistant manager (Gerald Chinyoka) and another staffer that both responded by saying "holy shit" and he told me they would call me the very next day for it to be repaired at the Chev dealership..... they also took pictures and video of the damage. We were told they would call back, they never did and after another day we called them , to which the manager (Kyle Lambourne) said he would have to see the truck in person before they would do any repairs. I drove into the city (250+ kilometres) and upon asking for the manager (Kyle Lambourne) he came out, looked at my truck for about 20 seconds and started screaming and swearing that he wasnt going to pay for any damages saying the the over 70 new chips were from rocks...... I tried to show him any of the dozens of other vehicles in the parking lot that had next to no chips in their A pillars to which he started screaming and yelling again. Im 63 and take good care of my vehicles and was not impressed by this persons lack of professionalism and ignorant behavior. I would recommend to anyone to take your business elsewhere . After a terrible experience at the Fountain Tire downtown these folks have always been a breath of fresh air. Earlier today I brought my car in as one of my tires I suspected had a small leak due to the fact I'd had to pump up the tire twice in the last month. I dropped the car off and went for breakfast a couple of blocks away. Got a phone call shortly after I finished breakfast - just over an hour - that my car was ready. I was absolutely ecstatic when I got there because I found out they were successfully able to patch the tire. Buying tires is such a racket because in cases like this you need to be able to trust the shop not to try to sell you 2 new tires when the tire can be patched, which is exactly what Central Tire did for me. I was very happy only having to pay $45 to patch 1 tire as opposed to spending at least $300 or $400 to buy 2 new tires. Integrity move on their part to patch rather than scam me into buying 2 new tires. This shop is the orgasmically deliciousness of tire shops. Also, NO CHARGE for shop supplies - a rarity in the auto shop business. WOOT WOOT!

I can't talk enough about their good service. I have been able to rely on the guys here many times to keep my old Explorer running when it quit. I always managed to make it there before my vehicle died, handed it to them and walked over to work on 108th st. It was ready by home time. I made it simple for them, 'if it's going to be under $500, do it. If more, call me'. I never got a call and it was always read same-day, lucky I guess! Their waiting room was busy, has a bright view of 109 st. and chairs / magazines. Some toddler playthings if your little one is getting restless, and a tv is on. I probably wouldn't bring an RV here, as there is no room, but they can handle cars and trucks just fine. If you work downtown, this is the place to go. Book an appointment!
