It was done a bit earlier and picking up was just as painless. The service was good, the workmanship appears excellent. I hope I don't have to visit anytime soon but if I do I'll be happy to come back.

I immediately told the assistant manager (Gerald Chinyoka) and another staffer that both responded by saying "holy shit" and he told me they would call me the very next day for it to be repaired at the Chev dealership..... they also took pictures and video of the damage. We waited the next day for a call that never came.... and the following day we called them. We were told they would call back, they never did and after another day we called them , to which the manager (Kyle Lambourne) said he would have to see the truck in person before they would do any repairs. I drove into the city (250+ kilometres) and upon asking for the manager (Kyle Lambourne) he came out, looked at my truck for about 20 seconds and started screaming and swearing that he wasnt going to pay for any damages saying the the over 70 new chips were from rocks...... I tried to show him any of the dozens of other vehicles in the parking lot that had next to no chips in their A pillars to which he started screaming and yelling again. After a terrible experience at the Fountain Tire downtown these folks have always been a breath of fresh air. Earlier today I brought my car in as one of my tires I suspected had a small leak due to the fact I'd had to pump up the tire twice in the last month. I dropped the car off and went for breakfast a couple of blocks away. Got a phone call shortly after I finished breakfast - just over an hour - that my car was ready. I was absolutely ecstatic when I got there because I found out they were successfully able to patch the tire. Buying tires is such a racket because in cases like this you need to be able to trust the shop not to try to sell you 2 new tires when the tire can be patched, which is exactly what Central Tire did for me. I was very happy only having to pay $45 to patch 1 tire as opposed to spending at least $300 or $400 to buy 2 new tires. Integrity move on their part to patch rather than scam me into buying 2 new tires. This shop is the orgasmically deliciousness of tire shops. Also, NO CHARGE for shop supplies - a rarity in the auto shop business. WOOT WOOT!

I can't talk enough about their good service. I have been able to rely on the guys here many times to keep my old Explorer running when it quit. I always managed to make it there before my vehicle died, handed it to them and walked over to work on 108th st. It was ready by home time. I made it simple for them, 'if it's going to be under $500, do it. If more, call me'. I never got a call and it was always read same-day, lucky I guess! Their waiting room was busy, has a bright view of 109 st. and chairs / magazines. Some toddler playthings if your little one is getting restless, and a tv is on. Both times were due to a deal-of-the-day voucher and if not for those vouchers, I would not use their services. The staff seemed very confused about my appointment both times and did not lend confidence to me leaving my keys with these individuals. When it came to picking up the vehicle, apparently only one person on staff is capable of checking a vehicle out and settling any outstanding amounts owed. In both trips, I had to wait for this person to return from being out of the shop before I could take my vehicle home. If this had happened once, then I would call it bad luck on my part. Twice starts to indicate a pattern. Again, did not inspire confidence in the business. When I had my windshield replaced, gunk and other various debris was left on my dash for me to clean up. I wasn't impressed. With my chip repairs, one chip that I had asked to be repaired was not completed when I initially arrived to pick up the vehicle. As the business is close to my office, I left it there to be completed, and I would pick it up later. When I did pick up the vehicle, they did not charge me for the chip they had missed, which was redeeming. I don't know that I'd recommend this business for Windshield service.
