Fast service and reasonable priced repairs. They had Netflix on the TV, coffee, tea and hot cocoa for customers to use, Repairs were very quick. Repair took less than 30 minutes. Call before stopping by, as they can get busy or staff might be away for lunch. read more

Helps the guys out from clearing it themselves because they need a dry workspace and could mean work on your car is completed sooner. DO NOT GO THERE for rock chip repairs! TOOK THE MONEY, BUT DID NOT EVEN TOUCH IT. Came with a rock chip repair in September. I just settled with the offered cup of coffee, but I was called to pay for the services in a suspiciously short time. I paid and went out to look at the windshield; the chip was exactly as before. I even touched it from outside and it still had an indentation like before. I questioned it and the front lady called for the same repairman. He said that he did the best he could and sometimes it looks like that. I wasn't very happy about it, but I left it at that. In October I went for a regular maintenance of my car to the Northside Mitshubishi and mentioned this incident to them. They looked at the chip, expressed their suspicion too, and suggested to ask the second opinion at the "Windshield Surgeons", the shop they always use for rock chip repairs. Well! "Windshield Surgeons" looked, and said that the chip was not even touched. Needless to say that I repaired this chip right there and then and it looks much better than before. It looks like somebody took time and care to repair the chip. That somebody is proud to do a good and proper job. Can not say this about Jeff's Auto Glass. read more

Good work, good prices and no games. If your shopping for a new windshield beware that when it's time to get the work done many glass shops charge additional fees on top of the prices they quote. This has happened to me twice in the past. What impressed me about Jeff's Auto Glass is the price they quoted is exactly what I paid. They didn't add any molding charges, shop supplies or a bogus environment fee to the bottom of the invoice after the work was done. ( For your information there is no government environment tax on glass despite what other glass shops tell you. ) read more

I was a victim of a parkade smash and grab, right on a nice cold day too! I was given a referral from a co-worker to Jeff's Auto Glass and I could not have received better service. I was given a quote that was easily $100 cheaper than anywhere else and they had me in the shop the very next morning. Not only was my car ready shortly after lunch, they had vacuumed my car to remove all the shattered glass, and had my car warmed up for me for pick up. This was our first time at Jeffs. We have had windshields replaced at various other businesses in Edmonton. Right from the first phone call to make an appointment I was impressed with Jeff's. The person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and seemed very competent. I had a slightly unusual circumstance with my windshield however she was able to discuss the circumstance and fully understand my concern. When my wife dropped the vehicle off she described our conversation to my wife and told her what they had planned so they had already used that information to come up with a plan for the repair. The repair was done quickly and we were on our way I don't believe it was any more expensive than any other place however the professionalism and customer service impressed us both. These guys did an excellent job on my windshield! Everything they had to take off was put back on properly. Even the oil change sticker was moved to the new windshield. That's something I've seen commonly discarded. Their price was great and exactly what they quoted me. No additional service or install charges were tacked on. I liked the price, it was the best in Edmonton. I liked the glass it was good quality, but less than a year later and the entire windshield is loose from the van that I got it installed on. I must note however that after being contacted by the owner of Jeff's Auto Glass, they covered the costs of repair and ensured that with my glass replacement on my truck that I would be happy with the work and price.
