Great service! Started with a very quick quote. They knew I was tight in time to get my car repaired so they shuffled some others and got me in. Daily emails kept informed to the progress of the work. When I got my car back it was perfect! My dad is a 40+ year autobody guy commented on the great workmanship. I brought my car in to replace my rear quarter panel because it was rusting, the whole process took about two months back and forth due to extra parts needed. There was a lot of back and forth communication and they kept me informed about what exactly was needed and how much it would cost. Yes it was expensive, and it took a lot of time, but at the end when you see the work they do it's all worth it. read more

Excellent shop! I had previous high quality repairs completed by Doug's Place, so I brought my Lexus here for my most recent incident. My side window was shattered in an accident and there was glass all over the interior of my car. I dropped by, with no appointment, just to see how busy they were and find out when they could take my car for repairs. Even though they were busy, Adrian came out to look at the damage, offered me a coffee and immediately vacuumed out the broken glass and taped up my window to avoid further damage. Great body shop, I have only had to use them twice in my life but both times their quality of work has been exceptional! Troy and his team made the process so easy for me, arranging the rental car, setting up my drop off time. I dealt with Adrian. My aging BMW had some medium sized cosmetic damage from a wooden fence. We searched for a used door in the right color. We came to a reasonable estimate (for a BMW) for buying a used door and painting it. He explained the costs. In the end I decided not to fix it, due to the price of the repaint. Adrian didn't pressure me, and showed me how to clean the fence paint off myself, and how to search online for matching doors that might become available. Excellent service considering it was a free estimate. read more

I want to say thank you to the team at Doug's Place, Doug, Chad and the staff for the quality of work they provided. I had a respray done on my side skirt for my Mercedes SLS gullwing. When the paint was assessed by Doug's they informed me the paint on the vehicle was a Tri stage metallic paint. From researching the paint, it is one of the hardest paints to paint due to the metallic. When painting at the factory the vehicle is painted with a positive and negative charge for a perfect paint. When I got the car back it seemed as if it was an OEM paint job from factory. I cannot thank the team enough for their effort and quality of workmanship. I would rate 5 stars if they did not damage one of the front seat sun visors. The completed date was January 17, 2015. I called on January 15, 2015 to confirm the status of the car. Adrian bullied and raised his voice to me "Who said that it would be completed on January 17?!!!! There are parts coming from Germany!!!". I asked what parts and he did not let me know what was going on with my car. On January 16, 2015, I show up at the shop and talked to Nelson, a very nice guy, he explained and to me that one of his technicians damaged the sun visor when they take off the roof of the car. He blamed that usually car manufactures put the screw from inside out but BMW put the screw from outside in. The part was coming from Germany. The thing is the shop is a BMW certified repair shop. How could they not know the structure of a BMW car? What a mess! The insurance did not pay for the rental car beyonds January 17, 2015. The shop has to pay for it. I am not sure if the car rental will be after me for the extra days. I finally picked up the car on the 20th. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Bad customer service with Adrian. For anyone's who ever been in an accident dealing with insurance you know all about the headaches of the situation. I never write reviews but I had to give these guys a big hand. In my experience they went above and beyond working very closely with my insurance company to get everything taken care of. Arranged shuttle to car rental place, contacted me letting me know what was discussed with insurance on an on-going basis and returned my vehicle back to me in the original flawless condition.Professional and helpful every step of the way.
