I called back immediately and was abruptly put on hold for over 5 minutes, again, fair enough. When my call was taken, I was told it was first come first serve and they weren't very busy at the moment so, I drove over. I was told that they could throw some resin on the chip but with the pressure required to fix the chip if it went wrong it would be on me. I took my business to GlassMasters who got me in and out in 20 minutes, had no concerns with the quality of their work and I'm quite happy with the results. I will not go to this location again.

Had rear wing glass replaced on an extended cab truck. Edmonton nort branch. Upon arrival I was…read moreinformed they had incorrectly ordered the tinted glass. They asked if it was OK. It was winter, so I agreed. They indicated they would need the truck for a minimum of two hours. I took a cab home and as it dropped me off , they called indicating it was done. 15 minutes. So I called another cab and returned to the shop. Cabs cost me $50 and I would have waited at the shop if they had been accurate with their estimate. Irritating and costly. Three years later today, I hear wind noise in the cab and discover the window latch has failed and my window is flapping free. I never opened the window. So I call there, they tell me to bring it over, which I do. There response is: this is not covered by warranty. Avoid the North Edmonton Crystal Glass unless you enjoy bad customer service.

This shop install GPS tracker without telling you…read more The car was sent to this shop for fixing, after the car was returned, we send the car back to dealer for an inspection, they found there was a gps trucker inside the front kick panel. The owner of fix auto calmed the car was parked outside the shop during the fixing and therefore they have no responsibility for it. But he is the one in charge of the key. So it's either he used the key to let the gps goes into the car or someone toke that car open just outside his shop and planted the GPS and reassembled the car again without their notice. If you and your family don't want to live in terror， don't come here to fix your car.

I have been dealing with Tanzam since they were still on 51 Avenue. I was recommended to them by a…read morefriend, since I was coming back to the city after a long absence. Moez was a GEM! He went out of his way to make sure that I got excellent service and if he could save me some costs he had no problem recommending those procedures, parts, whatever. If something needed fixing, either Moez or Peter would show me (They knew my father was a mechanic. We lost Dad over a decade ago) what the problem was, and offer various solutions. So why the 3 rating? Moez is no longer there , nor is Tanzam Auto. And Peter is MIA too. Tanzam has been folded into M&M Auto on 63rd ave. Moez is semi-retired. The new group seems to be more concerned with lining their pockets than offering automotive service. Doomsday scenarios combined with unnecessary repairs and part replacement rather than offering the excellent serrvice I had come to expect with Moez. So the 3 rating is out of respect for Moez and Peter rather than from the service I have recieved from M&M. Tanzam WAS a 5. M&M, currently is a 1. You do the math.
