With the coating the water ran off the windshield faster than the wipers moved. Not once did I have to speed up the wipers to see. It was winter, so I agreed. They indicated they would need the truck for a minimum of two hours. I took a cab home and as it dropped me off , they called indicating it was done. 15 minutes. So I called another cab and returned to the shop. Cabs cost me $50 and I would have waited at the shop if they had been accurate with their estimate. Irritating and costly. Three years later today, I hear wind noise in the cab and discover the window latch has failed and my window is flapping free. I never opened the window. So I call there, they tell me to bring it over, which I do. There response is: this is not covered by warranty. Avoid the North Edmonton Crystal Glass unless you enjoy bad customer service.
