We were in Edmonton several weeks ago and were having a slow leak in one of our tires. We went to Costco, and they told us we would have to replace all four tires, as the leak could not be fixed. In addition, this would take several days as we needed an appointment. Since we were from Spokane, WA., and needed to get home, this was impractical. The next day we went to visit Mike Schmidt at 17108 107 Ave., and he said they would review the tire situation. Costco had already replaced the regular tire with the spare donut. This they did, and in a few hours, had it fixed "to industry standards" and we were on our way back to Spokane. No problems since. Kudos to Mike and crew. I'M REALLY SICK OF SCAMMERS, AREN'T YOU? I went to their new location at 1544 23 Ave. on the south side. I only went there because it used to be an OK tired. I had an appointment for 8 a.m. to get my tires swapped over. Everyone else, literally at least 10 people had an 8 a.m. appointment to. I managed to luckily be the first in line. After waiting 45 minutes, I was told "We can't put your winter tires on". I've never heard of such a thing. They said one was a dot 2010 and so I needed 3 new tires. I asked them to show me the law that said you had to replace your tires. They could not...because there is NO SUCH THING! They made this up in order to sell me tires. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS AGAIN! One day, someone will sue them for bait and switch which is a Anti Trust law violation and making up laws that don't exist. Don't waste your time here. I went to a small independant garage the same day, had my tires switched over (they aren't on rims") for $90 and they were done in 40 minutes. Go to NBS Auto on 1533 70th Ave. These guys were really busy and still got me in and out in 40 minutes! I would bet they sell twice as many tires without lying to customers in a day than trail does in a month! read more

I was pleasantly disappointed with Tire Warehouse. Your service was good, and you changed my tires very quickly! Impressive indeed! You also told me you called to tell me my car was ready when you didn't, parked my small car buried in the deep snow and didn't offer to help me "dig" it out, and charged me for 'optional charges' without telling me they were optional. Your prices are competitive and your staff friendly, but you lost me when you decided on my behalf that I would take and pay for the Tire Replacement program! pros: They do their job with good quality. Don't charge extra. I was there 2 times. Once for my tires. Well i adked how i could have cheaper price for tires and they opted out the optional part of my bill. Second time for my low beam headlight. The second time they just charge me 24$ for changing the bulb. And hanged a sticker in my car "VIP customer". So they care to keep you as a satisfied customer. Cons: not a warm reception. Might not even say hi. Or answer your good morning. Don't like to answer question. The receptionists need to behave better. The first time the lazy receptionist did not enter my appointment in the system just because he did not feel like it. So when I showed up they could not recognize me. Manager was very good though and fixed the problem. I usually do care about behavior. so I might have given 3 stars. But well... I went into the store late evening on Jan 13,2021 with a huge screw in passenger rear tire and asked the fellow at the counter if they have time today. Within a couple minutes they pulled my car in and were able to complete the repair within 15 minutes repairing the tire. Excellent customer service wonderful price. Ed Blicq was fantastic and hospitable by offering refreshments in their lounge waiting room while i saw the car tire being repaired through the waiting room. Very fast friendly service. Would definitely recommend the location at 17108 107 ave Edmonton for anyone needing automotive repair and or tires. Lowest prices and great quality tires with awesome selection. So! I had originally given this company a very poor review. And at the time I felt it was due. HOWEVER after discussion with the manager and his boss, they were able to rectify the issue, VERY professionally which you do not see very often these days. The issue I had was that after getting my alignment done my car had a strong pull to the right, they attempted to fix the problem that same day,they just made it worse. Lastnight the owner had gotten ahold of me at home and had asked me to allow them to take another look at the car. I figured why not, I went back in showed the tech the problem was as clear as day. He went in to fix it. They had gotten the machine recalibrated that morning. After fixing the problem they appoligized several times while giving me a full refund. Because of how they handled themselves, they just earned a long time customer. This place offers the very best of customer service. I usually buy my tires at the south side location of this company (99 street). But I just bought a new car and had a flat. I went to the south side location but they were booked solid until the afternoon. I had an appointment in the west end so they suggested I go to the location out there. They fixed my flat and were very gracious about it. Then, when I went to pay the very reasonable charge, they said that there was no charge. read more

I had to take a friends car here for a wheel alignment and they did a very good job. They didn't make any claims about parts needing to be replaced even thought the car had hit a curb (I had the car checked for damage before I brought it in) They did look the car over and mentioned that the back tires were separated and said they need to be replaced very soon and they were right, with new tires on the back the car no longer shakes and is a lot safer as separated tires can be really dangerous. They also offer AMA members a discount in the form of AMA dollars that get applied to your membership account to go towards your renewal. read more

This season, with my work schedule it was IMPOSSIBLE for me to get there for the morning during the week. Between working in the North End and needing to be in the classroom by 9:15am, the gentlemen at Tire Warehouse were really great to help me out and let me come in on Saturday. As per their schedule, I got there early early (7:30am) and was happily out of there by 10:00am. You think that was a long time? Well, if it hadn't been for the fact that the Mayfield Toyota salesman FORGOT to put the tire tool in my glove compartment, I would have been done earlier. The guys at Tire Warehouse gave the opportunity to go there (thank goodness it is only 2-3 blocks away) and once back, my little Prius was back in the saddle to have its tires changed over. Did I want to spend my Saturday morning doing this? No. However, the upside for which I was glad to spend my Saturday like this is that they found the space for me and helped me still get out as per the time they said they would :-) read more

I have been going to this Tire Warehouse for 4 years and they are excellent! They are honest and provide excellent customer services. Today I managed to lose my car key between the shop and parking lot and they spent a 1/2 shovelling snow to try and find it for me (which they did). I am very grateful to have found a relaible place to take my truck. read more
