We needed a new bed. After shopping on line, we went to the local Ashley store. We found a bed that…read morewould work for us, and then a mattress to put on it. Unfortunately, the salesman said that mattress would not be in stock for a month. Since we really needed a bed sooner than that, we bought a different mattress, another of their series of Ashley Sleep Essentials, that was next up in price. It was all delivered a few days later, and set up for us. After sleeping on it for two nights, we realized that we were falling into a hole in the middle of it. We looked under the bed and saw several pieces of wood that looked as if they were legs under the middle of the bed, but they were lying at funny angles and some were just lying on the floor. We called the store and were told a technician would come in about a week to look at it. That tech finally arrived, said that it was obviously broken, that he would order what was needed to fix it, and then it would be repaired in about two weeks. About six weeks after we had bought the bed, it was repaired. Some screws had been left out of the original piece of frame and some were not properly in their holes, but the new frame seemed to be good. After about eight weeks with the bed, we realized that each of us was lying in a fairly deep depression by the time we woke up in the morning. We had specified that we did not want a memory foam mattress or top of the mattress because we had had that problem with our old bed. We had been assured this mattress did not have memory foam. We later learned that it had a section of lumbar support made of memory foam which seems to be what is causing the depressions in the bed. It is very uncomfortable. We are very unhappy with our experience with Ashley. We do not intend to ever buy anything from them again.

Finally got the company to exchange the chair and will get the new chair tomorrow. A lot of drama for a brand new purchase.

This product is 100% water-proof and is designed as a floating floor. The quality of the joinery was very impressive, when placed, there is no discernible gap between tiles. As an experienced DIY'er I found the installation to be quite straight-forward after studying the informative instructions. I placed the planking right on the plywood sub-floor, underlayment is not necessary. One surprise is that the planking comes with a bottom layer of padding which I can feel while moving over the floor. I am absolutely sold on using LVP throughout my home as I remodel it room by room. The look, durability, and value in my opinion is unmatched by other products.

Unfortunately, mold had begun growing on the surface of the fibers in an area where a couch had been sitting, so we knew the rug needed professional cleaning. From the start, communication with Rug Masters was excellent. I received a very competitive price quote, responses were prompt, and the turnaround time worked well for us. Jay arrived on June 2nd, right on schedule, to pick up the wool rug. After inspecting it, he discovered moth damage, which increased the cost for cleaning and restoration of the 9' x 12' rug from $480 to $600. Even with the additional repairs, his quote was still the best among the companies I contacted, and it included both pickup and delivery. The rug was returned to us on June 27th, and we were extremely impressed and satisfied with the results. The colors were vibrant, the mold spots and spores were completely gone, and the moth-damaged areas had been expertly repaired. The rug looked immaculate and beautifully restored. We are very pleased with both the quality of the work and the customer service. We would not hesitate to use this company again and highly recommend them!
