Breanne is very knowledgeable and had some helpful insight into options available. She came out and took very accurate measurements and emailed her bid and even a diagram of the carpet layout. Scheduling was fluid and they were able to install 2 weeks earlier than originally planned since we were leaving on a trip. On the day of installation, Ken and his crew were on time and got right to work. They moved furniture we were unable to and were very respectful of our house and contents. They finished in 1 day, but took care to do a very professional install. I wholeheartedly recommend this company for your flooring needs. I dealt with Casey Clark and he did not know how to lay out the carpet to have the splice at the hallway. Instead he put the splice in the center of the family room, even though World of Carpets laid out the carpet I planned to replace as I described (splice at the hallway). His layout would have cost me an extra $1000.00 due to the waste. When I questioned this he told me to go somewhere else. What arrogance! There is another guy about his age who is even worse. However the women there were very nice. Things there have really changed. Maybe there a new owner. You can't stretch the carpet one inch like you guys did the first time? The first time the installer was older and more experienced. If you truly could not, I could have cut a one inch wood threshold in front of the slider to make up for the difference. (Other places have thick baseboards.) I'm sure this would be cheaper than $1000.00. Casey did not have time for any of that.

No cancelations! I asked if I could pay a restocking fee, nobody could answer my question until Anthony got back from vacation a week later, he said that I could pay a 25% restocking fee but I could only get a store credit for the remaining $350, I said no thanks and please send my mirror, that was 7 weeks ago in the beginning of May, I just spoke with Anthony to get an update on the delivery of my mirror and he said that they are still waiting for a truck to come down from Oregon which will be another few weeks! I will never step foot inside this store ever again and Anthony couldn't care less about customer service, they've lost a good customer over a $350 refund instead of a store credit. This mirror transaction took place the first couple of days into February, it's now the end of June, we'll see if I have my mirror by the end of July. I'm not holding my breath.

They carry all major types of flooring, including hardwoods and laminates. The selection is budget friendly to the highest end. I recently took home 4 samples, yes they allow that, and encourage it as well; you want to get a good idea of how the floor will look in your own space. Chalk it up to the multiple choices, finishes or manufactures, I just brought home 3 more to sample. My indecision however is being guided by a very familiar staff who know there flooring. I have been greeted and helped by Hernan, Jessie and Jeff. I know with their guidance I will make the best choice soon! I can highly recommend them to you, there is no wonder and certainly no suprise that they have a consistent 5 star Yelp score!

We've had Luxury Vinyl Flooring in our kitchen for 4 years - no problem at all, even though our home shifts with the seasons. I grabbed us a mystery box of Japanese snacks but it was $45, so I was a little concerned it wouldn't be worth it. As I checked out Katelyn mentioned it was one of their most popular items. She then mentioned there was another mystery box that was 55% off. She even grabbed it for us. Katelyn took an ordinary shopping trip and added fantastic service! They boys all mentioned how nice she was.
