He knew his stuff, addressed our concerns/wishes, and was able to install new LVP over where existing carpet was without quarter rounds. Additionally, I had another room right outside of our living area where I did not want a transition piece and wanted the LVP's to run seamlessly - he could do that also. Others could not. I also needed the stairs done in matching LVP to tie in the existing LVP and then install on the entire bottom floor. No problem. This was a new house we had not moved into, pending new flooring, and although they were more than a month out, Kerry found time move up the schedule by more than a week - which helped tremendously. Fast forward to the work. Tony, the lead installer showed up. For starters, super friendly, walked the job - and there were some intricacies with the job. These guys are good. Extremely clean, very efficient, and did flawless work. I will post photos later of the stairs. After the job was complete, my wife noticed some small issues that had everything to do with our slab floors vs their workmanship. She mentioned to Karen, and maybe a few hours later, Kerry called me (he did not have her phone #), and told me he would address it. Cheryl called maybe the next say and scheduled the fix. I was thinking maybe an hour or so on a Saturday morning, but didn't realize they were going to pull a significant portion of the floor, as well as baseboards, and apply self leveling concrete and level out the floor. It took almost a complete day. I need to mention that Tony and crew came out again and Tony is so meticulous and noticed things that you may not. A perfectionist for sure. Tell me what other flooring companies would do that? I appreciate the above and beyond so much. So professional, so efficient, perfect job and just great people. I almost forgot that the price was very compatible. Yeah you know who I'll be contacting for my next flooring job.

See my other…read morereview about that (dated 5/27/2019) Fast forward to 2025, and unfortunately there was a pipe that burst in the rental and so a large portion of the flooring had to be pulled out. I decided to have the restoration company that did the drying process do all the repairs, painting, and installation in order to keep things simple (rather than me hiring and coordinating multiple companies). Unfortunately the restoration company's subcontractor did not do a very good job on the corners and edges, and that made me worry about whether there could be other bigger issues like with the leveling. I called Pro Flooring to get some information and see if they could give me a bid if we ended up having more problems resolving the issues. Vitaliy was very kind in spending a lot of time with me on the phone discussing my options, looking at some pictures, and arranging an appointment for his installer to take a look. As it turns out, once I was able to drive up to my rental unit and inspect it in person instead of via pictures on the phone, I felt that there was a good chance the issues were only cosmetic on the edges and transitions. I was able to discuss again with Vitaliy, and that helped me feel even more reassured, and in the end we did not need to have his installer take a look because I was feeling confident that those cosmetic issues could be fixed by the restoration company since they would not use the subcontractor this time. I do wish in retrospect that I had hired Pro Flooring to do this job, because I am sure we would not have had these issues. But Vitaliy sure helped me out by being very helpful and gracious with his time as I needed to figure out the best course of action. Thank you Vitaliy!

The installation was cheap, poorly done, and the customer service was absolutely terrible. We had carpet installed in an elderly woman's home, and the seams in the living room are glaringly visible. When we brought it up, we were told it was "normal" and would "blend in over time." Nonsense. On top of that, there was a tack sticking up through the carpet that punctured our feet multiple times, causing them to bleed. When I called to address these issues, the front desk receptionist was rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help. I would never recommend this company to anyone. There are plenty of professional installers out there who will do quality work for the same price--and treat customers with respect. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Kyle is incredibly…read morehelpful and patient, and while they don't have a huge stock like a big corporate owned store might, there is a wide variety of materials and we managed to find two wool carpets that are working very well for us, and we paid very fair prices. We were referred here by another local carpet and flooring store because we were needing some rugs asap and wanted a more affordable option. These are remnants, so you don't always find the exact size you need, but we've been very happy with the quality of the wool carpets we did find. We are using them as area rugs, not installed, so we got a few of them bound and one of them wasn't bound as "perfectly" as we'd have liked, with slight irregularities around the edge in some parts, but Kyle said he would absolutely have them redone to make sure they're perfect and we didn't take him up on the offer due to needing the carpets now and it's not a huge deal for us, but the second carpet we got bound came back perfectly bound. That was our only "issue" but we have still been back since and will continue to trust Kyle and his products. A great local family owned business worthy of our support.

Instead he put the splice in the center of the family room, even though World of Carpets laid out the carpet I planned to replace as I described (splice at the hallway). His layout would have cost me an extra $1000.00 due to the waste. When I questioned this he told me to go somewhere else. What arrogance! There is another guy about his age who is even worse. However the women there were very nice. Things there have really changed. Maybe there a new owner. You can't stretch the carpet one inch like you guys did the first time? The first time the installer was older and more experienced. If you truly could not, I could have cut a one inch wood threshold in front of the slider to make up for the difference. (Other places have thick baseboards.) I'm sure this would be cheaper than $1000.00. Casey did not have time for any of that.

I have a 130 year old house and Mike and Jimbo have installed our carpets now for the second time in 25 years. Our house has all kinds of difficult angles and irregular angles. Jimbo knocked it out of the park with his installation and fixed some runs elsewhere in the house at no charge. Just incredible work ethic and integrity. I have no idea how they could ever receive a bad review. These guys work their butt's off and have amazing inventory. They have been in the game for 35 years and are still going strong.
