We had a moisture problem too that they had to deal with, very tricky but again they are experienced and did what needed to be done. we're happy with how it was laid, no worries about repeating patterns close to eachother. They're great communicators, worked hard, all with smiles and a sense of humor. Allen at the Floor Store was great too. We went in wanting a Cortec product, he also showed us alternative brands that he felt were good too. Once we connected, we were upfront about our budget, but she repeatedly steered us toward higher priced options and was not transparent about individual product costs. She encouraged us to apply for store credit through Wells Fargo, and I was approved for significantly more than the cost of the flooring we were considering (probably a red flag warning that they will attempt to take you for more than you want to spend). Later that week, she came to our home for a site assessment. While friendly during the visit, she remained vague about installation costs. As she left, she promised to email a detailed quote within a day or two. After a full week with no word, I had to follow up. She responded several hours later with an estimate. The product pricing stayed within what we discussed, but the labor portion was estimated, but listed as "variable," with no fixed amount or not-to-exceed" number. Additionally, she couldn't even guarantee the final cost or confirm they could complete the job. As a contractor myself (in IT), I'm accustomed to providing customers with clear, capped pricing and a promise we will complete the work before they commit, especially on installation work. Its not as if I was hiding anything from her. She had full access to the home for her assessment. If she lacked expertise to properly evaluate the job, they should have sent a more qualified person. This lack of clarity made it impossible to move forward with confidence. After sending the quote, she never followed up and I haven't spoken to her since. Overall, Francine came across as inattentive, inexperienced and unreliable. We ended up purchasing our flooring elsewhere, and based on this experience, I would recommend doing the same.

We had someone come out with carpet samples and to measure for a quote…read more -The quote provided indicated that the square footage was much higher than the other two companies we ended up getting quotes from and since the charge is per square foot it added a ton to the total. -I noticed that the quote included the cost to take out carpet in all rooms but there were two rooms that had no carpet to be taken out. -We asked for help picking a carpet to install and it turns out the one recommended does not meet any of our needs and would have been a big problem. -Then he said the carpet would be ordered and could be installed the next week since we were in a rush. 5 days later he hadn't ordered the carpet and we started shopping other companies. -The quote said that if we are talking to any companies let them know since they would beat or match reasonable competitive quotes but once I mentioned we were shopping around the guy stopped responding and I'm glad he did so we didn't get stuck overpaying for a carpet that isn't right for us

When he was finished, he was very inquisitive on the job, and wanted to make sure I felt it was done right. He was just the installer that says a lot about the company to me. The gal in the store ( I think her name was Sarah) was very friendly and helpful, and not in a pushy way,( I do not like that) I felt she knew what she was talking about. I recently took home 4 samples, yes they allow that, and encourage it as well; you want to get a good idea of how the floor will look in your own space. Chalk it up to the multiple choices, finishes or manufactures, I just brought home 3 more to sample. My indecision however is being guided by a very familiar staff who know there flooring. I have been greeted and helped by Hernan, Jessie and Jeff. I know with their guidance I will make the best choice soon! I can highly recommend them to you, there is no wonder and certainly no suprise that they have a consistent 5 star Yelp score!

When we brought it up, we were told it was "normal" and would "blend in over time." Nonsense. On top of that, there was a tack sticking up through the carpet that punctured our feet multiple times, causing them to bleed. When I called to address these issues, the front desk receptionist was rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help. I would never recommend this company to anyone. There are plenty of professional installers out there who will do quality work for the same price--and treat customers with respect. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

And they do! Juan Navarro is a great problem-solver. That's one of the reasons I hired him rather than any of the other hardwood installers I interviewed. The others all had lots of experience and good reviews, but Juan immediately saw a solution to a door clearance issue that no one else had figured out. I also needed help designing an extra step into the sunken family room, and he was not only willing to take it on, but did an outstanding job. He was very good at helping me picture and decide about the various options (stain color, baseboards, trim around hearth, etc.). He kept me updated each day about the day's work and what would happen the next day. And they never made a mess! He clearly takes great pride in a job well done, every step of the way. The floors are truly beautiful. It's been a few weeks since they were finished, but every day when we see them we say "I love this!" and wonder why we didn't do it years ago.

We had MSI Trecento XL Carrara Avell flooring installed throughout our home, and the finished flooring is absolutely beautiful. It has transformed our home, the new baseboards look great, and we are very happy with the overall result. The installation did take considerably longer than expected due to scheduling delays, the extensive floor preparation that was needed, and later an unexpected shortage of flooring material. The amount of dust generated during the work also made it necessary for us to stay in a hotel for 11 nights. What I especially appreciated was how Rudy handled the difficulties. He remained professional, listened to our concerns, apologized for the problems we experienced, and worked with us on compensation that covered much of our hotel expense. That willingness to listen and work toward a fair resolution made a big difference to us. Our advice to anyone planning a large flooring project would be to discuss scheduling, crew availability, dust containment, and material planning in detail beforehand. Renovations can have unexpected complications, but ultimately what matters is both the quality of the finished work and how a company responds when problems arise. We love our new floors and are very happy with how beautiful our home looks now.

Brad suggested we extend the refinishing to the kitchen area but we were planning to replace the hardwood there with tile. We should have listened to Brad. We loved how the floors turned out so much that we called him back to do the kitchen. The floors were in really rough shape. Some had been covered with glue. Some had sticky backing from parquet tiles. There were very poor repairs made in the past with wood that didn't match the size of the original. There were thousands of nail and staple holes. We were really skeptical they could be brought back. Scott was an amazing guide through the process and possessed great confidence about what could be done. He was able to schedule the work pretty quickly. The team he sent, Al and Luis, did a fantastic job bringing these floors back to life. And the cost was reasonable for what we got.

They replaced the carpet in our bedroom, the stairway going to the bedroom and in our studio. Kyle was amazing and very patient while we picked out the carpets we wanted and gave us a really good deal. They have a huge variety to choose from. The work was done professionally. They showed up on time and didn't leave a scratch on the walls, considering they had to move furniture. They were fast and efficient and communicated very well during the process. In 2019 Pro Flooring did a great job installing SPC Luxury Vinyl at my rental unit. See my other…read morereview about that (dated 5/27/2019) Fast forward to 2025, and unfortunately there was a pipe that burst in the rental and so a large portion of the flooring had to be pulled out. I decided to have the restoration company that did the drying process do all the repairs, painting, and installation in order to keep things simple (rather than me hiring and coordinating multiple companies). Unfortunately the restoration company's subcontractor did not do a very good job on the corners and edges, and that made me worry about whether there could be other bigger issues like with the leveling. I called Pro Flooring to get some information and see if they could give me a bid if we ended up having more problems resolving the issues. Vitaliy was very kind in spending a lot of time with me on the phone discussing my options, looking at some pictures, and arranging an appointment for his installer to take a look. As it turns out, once I was able to drive up to my rental unit and inspect it in person instead of via pictures on the phone, I felt that there was a good chance the issues were only cosmetic on the edges and transitions. I was able to discuss again with Vitaliy, and that helped me feel even more reassured, and in the end we did not need to have his installer take a look because I was feeling confident that those cosmetic issues could be fixed by the restoration company since they would not use the subcontractor this time. I do wish in retrospect that I had hired Pro Flooring to do this job, because I am sure we would not have had these issues. But Vitaliy sure helped me out by being very helpful and gracious with his time as I needed to figure out the best course of action. Thank you Vitaliy!

He knew his stuff, addressed our concerns/wishes, and was able to install new LVP over where existing carpet was without quarter rounds. Additionally, I had another room right outside of our living area where I did not want a transition piece and wanted the LVP's to run seamlessly - he could do that also. Others could not. I also needed the stairs done in matching LVP to tie in the existing LVP and then install on the entire bottom floor. No problem. This was a new house we had not moved into, pending new flooring, and although they were more than a month out, Kerry found time move up the schedule by more than a week - which helped tremendously. Fast forward to the work. Tony, the lead installer showed up. For starters, super friendly, walked the job - and there were some intricacies with the job. These guys are good. Extremely clean, very efficient, and did flawless work. I will post photos later of the stairs. After the job was complete, my wife noticed some small issues that had everything to do with our slab floors vs their workmanship. She mentioned to Karen, and maybe a few hours later, Kerry called me (he did not have her phone #), and told me he would address it. Cheryl called maybe the next say and scheduled the fix. I was thinking maybe an hour or so on a Saturday morning, but didn't realize they were going to pull a significant portion of the floor, as well as baseboards, and apply self leveling concrete and level out the floor. It took almost a complete day. I need to mention that Tony and crew came out again and Tony is so meticulous and noticed things that you may not. A perfectionist for sure. Tell me what other flooring companies would do that? I appreciate the above and beyond so much. So professional, so efficient, perfect job and just great people. I almost forgot that the price was very compatible. Yeah you know who I'll be contacting for my next flooring job.
