They do not honor the warranty on their products. They told me to just buy a new one at full price. Do not trust their warranty. The film they sold me does not stick properly onto the car and when I wanted a replacement they told me I need to pay overnight shipping (which costs more than the poor quality plastic film they sold me) to inspect it first. read more

My only complaint with this company is that I wish they were here in Temecula three years ago when I purchased my wife's MX-5. The work performed by another local outfit doesn't hold a match to Crystal Autoshield. Norbert(owner) did an impeccable job on my CX-9. BLUF: Norbert did an amazing job on my paint protection film install, get your car done by him, you won't regret it! I checked on Yelp for a few installers in my area to have paint protection film installed on my brand new vehicle. I checked with a few vendors on pricing and visited their shops to ask more questions. I did the same with Norbert and he was quick to respond to my quote request with a very detailed and professional response. I then spoke with him on the phone for about 20 minutes to get more information and learn more about the product he used and his experience. He was very patient with all of my questions and walked me through the whole process. He also has very competative pricing. After reading a lot of the reviews here on how much attention he has to detail I decided to go with him. I also learned that he is a one man shop so he will be the one doing the install on your vehicle, not an employee that may not be as skilled. I scheduled my appointment and met him at his shop which was extremely nice and clean. We spoke for about 30 minutes on the parts he was going to do and he gave me more information than I could have needed. He's a great guy to talk with and I was confident I chose the right installer. He even showed me some pictures of high end cars he had done previously which cost much more than a typical house here. I picked up my vehicle the next day and was amazed at the outcome and how precise the paint protection film was put on my vehicle. Even when I brought it home my wife didn't notice what I even had done to the car, it was such a clean install. My brother had his car protected with Norbert a few years ago and it's held up on his car and still looks great. If you want someone who has a high attention to detail, go to Norbert. Upon inspection of my car he noticed I had some paint transfer from my tent on the rear quarter panel and hand buffed it off for me. I did not even see this as I just got the car a few days ago. I checked over all the corners after the install was done and all over for dust bubbles and it was perfect. I could not even tell that the clear film was on. My fog light was lifting after a few days and I called Norbert and he fixed it back up for me as he was busy moving to another city! It was due to the heat that week as it was super hot. He also uses a spray ceramic sealant to protect the ppf as well. What an awesome experience to get ppf for your car! At first I was nervous about leaving my car anywhere but Norbert was awesome. I took my Tesla Model X there. Full body wrap. Awesome work. Professional. Excellent prices. Cant even tell that a clear wrap is on the car. You could go some place else and get ripped off. Or you can go see Norbert at Crystal Autoshield. Since putting on my wrap. Someone hit my car in the parking lot. The wrap held up well with just a scratch on the rear bumper. A cracked plastic part which can be easily replaced. I think if I didnt have the wrap I would have to repaint the panel. Definitely a good investment! read more

Wow!!! Norbert is the best around. Genuine, honest, professional, personable and a perfectionist. Honestly the work is amazing he did on my Tesla Model 3. He was able to pick out the imperfections from the manufacture as I dropped this thing of with 26 miles on the odometer and explained the process and even did some extra little things for me like make custom ppf for my mud flaps cause I'm a little extra.
