Mobile anything is the way to go these days when you have kids running around. I received a quote via Yelp, and he called to confirm the window size and price since I didn't specify a specific detail of my cars window. I cannot say enough good about Jacob and his professionalism in putting a new windshield on my car. My husband called him yesterday late afternoon, and because it was raining we asked if he could come to the next day. He did, he gave us a time frame, not only was he there in that time frame he had the windshield installed in the time period he told me. I got two chips on my 2015 RAM 3500 windshield and one was starting to spread. We called Safelite and made an appointment. They were going to be 5 days before they could get to us at a cost of $145. Let's see how they handle customer service and the quality of work. With this global pandemic of the COVID -19, I was very happy to see nitrile gloves and face masks being worn and social distancing being observed. This is a husband and wife team. They were professional, prompt, friendly and it only took less than 1/2 hour. The chips were all but gone and now the windshield is repaired. I asked for quotes for windshield replacement on my truck and another car. Prices were very reasonable and if we have a need, we will be calling in them again. Could it get any better? Well yes it can. How about a lifetime guarantee. They will come out and repair the chips free, if for any reason the repair fails.
