Excellent service! Fast, friendly, communicative, and more affordable than the competition--all while I relaxed at home in my PJs. They repaired a small rock chip in my windshield and did a fantastic job. I'll definitely use them again for any future windshield needs. Highly recommend this family-owned business. The free car diffuser smells amazing, too. I already referred my friends, and family to them. Thank you! read more

I've delayed on writing this review. JET A G is an outstanding company. I've had them fix random chips and actually replace three windshields in one visit IIRC. Their work is impeccable. Adhesive application was perfect. Other than a different glass label, it looked factory on all three vehicles. One vehicle had HUD and whatever the sensors are at the rear view mirror. The HUD was clear and all of the sensors worked as they should. Then I even asked about a price for a windshield for a vehicle I didn't own. Elise helped do a bit of detective work based on the license plate. I can't recommend this company enough. They are my go-to. Thank you. read more

These two are a dream team! When my windshield cracked for the second time in a year, I was dreading going through S*felight again. My parents recommended JET and remembered their great service from over five years ago. Elise and Jacob were really quick to reply via text and their quote was less than half of the other place. They were able to come the next day, right on time, and even fixed a problem the last place broke! read more

Amazing family owned company from communication, able to come next day, great pricing, very professional. When they got here they were super nice and only took 45 min-1 hour. Would highly recommend for any windshield replacements or repairs. Will definitely be using them again! read more

The back window on my Sienna somehow shattered and I needed it fixed asap! The team at Jet was so prompt in responding and answering all of my questions and they were able to come out quickly to replace the window! Once they're were at my home they were professional, quick and efficient and went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend Jet Auto Glass! read more

Elise was a pleasure to communicate with and was super responsive. I put in a request for a quote after-hours thinking I'll get a reply the next morning, but Elise responded right away. She gave me several options and I ended up going with her recommendation saving thousands of dollars, literally. Jacob arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, and finished replacing my windshield within an hour. He made sure to recalibrate all of the sensors (lane departure, rain detection, collision sensor, heads up display, etc) and even test drove after the install to make sure everything was working properly. I will go to JET for all of my future windshield needs (I get chips and cracks all the time) and recommend them to all of my friends and family. The new glass looks and feels amazing! read more

Mobile anything is the way to go these days when you have kids running around. I received a quote via Yelp, and he called to confirm the window size and price since I didn't specify a specific detail of my cars window. I had lane departure sensors in the window, and I had no idea. Jet auto glass showed up during the allotted time frame, was quick and efficient and got right to work. My two kids enjoyed watching them work on our window (thank you for allowing an audience!). Once the work was completed I received a text message, was able to walk outside and pay and receive additional instructions on my new windshield. Easy, and done! Thank you! read more

Awesome customer service and amazing repair of my windshield. Highly recommended. From the time I called to the time they arrived and completed the job, took less than 2 hours from start to finish. read more

They did exactly what they quoted. They're clean, respectful and communicate well. What more can you ask for. 5 stars bc they went above and beyond to not only install my windshield but also re-ran my dash cam wiring tucked behind the cover and left the car and area in better condition than how it was left. Highly recommend! read more

The technician was nice enough and came at the time slot promised but this is one of the worst glass repairs I've had. And I paid more than other estimates hoping they would produce a better result. Jacob said, "I forgot to tell you it wouldn't be completely gone, but we can replace the windshield for you for $450." So do an awful job so that I need to replace it? Lol. I'd keep looking... *and in response, not only did you not mention it was "after hours," you set the time. I could have (and wish I would have) used someone else. I paid nearly double what other companies quoted me....for the chip to look worse. And if these are the "pillars of the community," I'm glad I don't live here. Kasey, not Kelsey. read more

Jacob and the JET Auto Glass team was great from initial quote through installation and follow-up! The communication was fluid throughout and they were extremely accommodating with my schedule and arrived right on time for the appointment, keeping me updated along the way. I had to get a full windshield replacement and the entire process took only an hour, just as Jacob mentioned. Great company with even better people and customer service -- really appreciate it all! read more

As soon as I got a chip in my windshield from a dumb uncovered gravel truck, I called JET auto glass and I went straight to meet him at a local nearby parking lot where he fixed my cracked windshield almost to where you couldn't even notice. The process was easy and smooth and I'm very appreciative of them fixing my problem right away. Thanks again bud! Lifesaver! read more

Very courteous and friendly service. Fair price, especially when compared to the company that you always see advertising on TV.

Great pricing and excellent service! Work was done in a timely fashion and appearance. Looked factory installed

They were wonderful and Quick payment was easy and many options They said it would take a hour they were done sooner Making an appointment was quick and easy My new windshield looks great!! The couple introduced themselves. Both of them shook my hand, wonderful people highly recommend. The price I paid was less than anyone else !! Best part is they come to you!!! read more

Great company good prices. I would recommend them if your windshield is broken. I can now see through my windshield.

I cannot say enough good about Jacob and his professionalism in putting a new windshield on my car. My husband called him yesterday late afternoon, and because it was raining we asked if he could come to the next day. He did, he gave us a time frame, not only was he there in that time frame he had the windshield installed in the time period he told me. I mistakenly Zelle him 8 dollars less than he told me and he nicely told me I short changed him so I ran in the house and gave him the cash for the rest. So Jacob if you are reading this, I want you to know that was not intentional and I'm embarrassed I did that. I for sure will highly highly recommend you guys to everybody read more

I got two chips on my 2015 RAM 3500 windshield and one was starting to spread. We called Safelite and made an appointment. They were going to be 5 days before they could get to us at a cost of $145. Did some Yelp searches and found Jet Auto Glass. Not only could they get to us next day, and only $75.00! Ok, good reviews, price and availability. Let's see how they handle customer service and the quality of work. With this global pandemic of the COVID -19, I was very happy to see nitrile gloves and face masks being worn and social distancing being observed. This is a husband and wife team. They were professional, prompt, friendly and it only took less than 1/2 hour. The chips were all but gone and now the windshield is repaired. I asked for quotes for windshield replacement on my truck and another car. Prices were very reasonable and if we have a need, we will be calling in them again. Could it get any better? Well yes it can. How about a lifetime guarantee. They will come out and repair the chips free, if for any reason the repair fails. If we choose to, we could have the entire shield replaced with a $75 discount because of the repair! The 5 stars could not be more deserving. Call them. You won't be disappointed. read more

They responded quickly, came out on time and were very pleasant. Considerably less money than the large chain that advertises and offer much better service. Highly recommend. read more

Called around for some price quotes. Some businesses didn't respond right away. Some were really expensive. Jet auto glass responded promptly. Quoted $286 to replace my Toyota prius. Which is a way better price than some other businesses quited me. Jet auto glass would have shown up the same day I called. But I was busy. So I got an appointment for them to come to my home the next day. Jacob was very professional, friendly, and fast. He arrived within the timeframe the they told me , which was great. He finished replacing my windshield in under an hour. The whole thing was quick and painless, very convenient. I definitely recommend calling them if you need this type of service. Thank you Jacob and jet auto glass. read more

What great service....again! This is the company you want to use! This is the second time we have used JET Auto Glass! Exceptional service and quality work! It was also a great price! No hassle at arranging appointment and super friendly!! Definitely half the price the dealer was going to charge. Jacob was super efficient and the job was complete in less than 45 minutes! Thank you again Jacob and Jet Auto Glass !!! read more

Scheduling with them was so easy, communication via text and phone call. Fast. Way cheaper than Safelite. My quote was to replace the windscreen in the front (no insurance) and it was way cheaper than I thought. They arrived as scheduled. Did the replacement. No nonsense. I chose to pay them via zelle which was so simple for me. In an hour they were gone. They even installed my new wiper blades free of charge. Very polite. I would recommend them and will use their services again if I need them. read more

I noticed a nick in my windshield a couple days ago, but wasn't sure because it was so tiny and it was behind my Fast Track sticker, but today I noticed a crack line heading down towards the base of the window as I was driving into town. So I got on Yelp and searched for a window repair shop. I found JET Auto Glass and called them. They told me they were Mobil and could come to my place. I told them I was running errands and I would not be home until later in the afternoon. They told me to call them when I got home. They text me a few minutes later and said they could meet me in town. Well, about 20 minutes had gone by from the time I agreed to meet them at the mall when I noticed the crack had climbed up the sticker going the opposite direction. Thank goodness I met them because I would not have had a clean windshield if I would have gone home. It was nice to have them meet me where. Was at. read more

Our windshield was damaged by a big company and they said they would pay for the replacement. We needed to get three proposals one of them being in JET Auto Glass. While waiting for the authorization, jet auto glass kept in contact for updates. When it came time to replace the windshield, we knew we would use Jet Auto Glass. The husband and wife team showed up on time to fix our windshield. What beautiful work and completely professional. This mom and pop business is awesome. Jacob and ELISE were professional, reliable and really good value- they offered only the windscreen replacement service we needed and so we saved $300 on quotes from other well known competitors. They arrived early and completed the job in under an hour and they were a pleasure to deal with.
