They were so sweet and went above and beyond to help me :) The doctor is young and hip, but so obviously competent and with the latest equipment to boot (loved the retina photos!). Combined with the mail-in rebate, the contact lenses came out to less than I would have gotten them on 1800 contacts. AMAZING! From the exam itself to choosing my frames to payment the doctor and staff were excellent. I had a horrible experience with my last eye exam at another office so I thought I would give a new office a try. After looking through yelp around my local area I found Crystal Clear Optometry. I was a bit nervous to try something new but they did not disappoint. They had my glasses ready the same day!!!! I had to wait weeks to get my glasses at the other office I went to. These ladies are amazing! It was my first appointment with this doctor. I called several optometrist before I called Crystal Clear Optometry to see if anyone can see me on same day. All of them turned me down without any interest. When I called Crystal Clear Optometry, the lady first said, she has no availability until Monday, but when I said this was urgent, she listened to me and squeezed me into appointments. From the moment I got there until I left, they were all with great energy and positive attitude. They were very caring, sincere and professional. They even kept smiles on their faces and treated costumers who are not nice and difficult with respect and positive attitude. I really appreciate for their help for everything. I got perfect prescription for my contacts and great prices. These lady helped me a lot more than with my eyes and money, but with my spirits also. I'm extremely satisfied and felt welcomed with the A+ customer service! The clinic is nice, clean and sanitized staff took extra care of me for being a brand new patient. Dr Argina was super helpful and knowledgeable about every part of my eyes/prescription and I was very pleased! Me and my wife scheduled for an eye exam with them, they were friendly and helpful specially Arpi. And when we came for our appointment we were accommodated very well. We got our eye exam and eyeglasses in 30 minutes and me and my wife loved our glasses. Dr. Argina was very first eye doctor that discussed our results and she was very knowledgeable. Love love love this office!!! First of all this place is immaculate, it's super clean. The whole experience was great from the time my daughter and I walked in until we walked out. Then I took my husband the following week and had the same experience. We left the place well informed and aware of our optical health. Because of this, I take better care of my eyes now that I know what's going on. When it was time to pick our glasses, they informed us my insurance benefits and calculated how much I'd be responsible for before making a decision. I went to Crystal Clear Optometry for the first last week and I can say that I couldn't be any happier. I've gone to an eye doctor over 10 years ago and I had the worst experience... the doctor told me that I have a very bad prescription in my eyes and I just didn't want to believe it; all I wanted help was with a little foggy vision when driving and at the computer screen. I saw Dr. Haghverdian at Crystal Clear and informed me that I have healthy eyes and the only thing I have is astigmatism. This explained why I was having some blurred vision while driving! She was extremely caring and she is very smart. She helped me with lenses and I am very satisfied because my world looks clearer! I came with my son last November. He didn't have an eye exam here but we did order prescription glasses for him. I walked into a very busy office and it was nice to see the doctor helping her staff. The doctor and the opticians were all friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My son is 12 and has been wearing glasses since he was 3. He knows what he likes and appreciates being listened to.The doctor and opticians were extremely patient and respectful towards him. Also, my son is at that stage where he has outgrown kids frames but is still too small for adult frames so we had been searching for the perfect fit and this office had a large selection of "in between " frames. After we picked up my son's glasses his vision was nice and sharp and his lenses looked great. You wouldn't even think he has a high prescription by how good they look.
