What really stood out to me was that he went above and beyond what was required for my appointment. His job was to conduct my hearing test and provide the results to the VA, but he took the extra time to explain my results in detail, how my hearing has been decreasing, and some of the reasons why. He made sure I actually understood what was going on with my hearing instead of just completing the test and sending me on my way. As someone getting ready to retire from the military after 20 years of service, I really appreciated the extra time and effort he put into my appointment. I would definitely recommend Mr. Milner to other veterans, service members going through the VA or retirement process, or anyone having hearing problems. I needed hearing aids. I told her that I needed to think about it. I went somewhere else for a second opinion & was told that I had wax build up in my right ear & I needed to have my primary doctor clean it out before they could continue with the hearing test. Luckily I had an appointment with my doctor the next day. The wax was removed. I went back to have my hearing test done & now was told that I had mild to moderate hearing loss & my right ear was the worse. I told this doctor what the first doctor told me & she became upset. She told me that it is protocol not to do a hearing test if there was wax in your ear. Very surprised that the first doctor went ahead & did it. My primary doctor was very upset also & wanted to know her name & said he wouldn't refer any patients to her. Don't go to her!!! I didn't even want to give her 1 stsr!

After visiting this week, I would definitely recommend this hearing aid office in the Loma Linda /…read moreSan Bernardino area to anyone looking for a hearing test or hearing aids, especially if you're helping a parent or senior with their first hearing aid. This place was recommended by my mom's doctor from Loma Linda University Health, and we were able to get an appointment much sooner than waiting through LLUH or other hearing clinics nearby. The location is a little tricky to find at first it's across the street from the old Souplantation near the I-10 W entrance but there's plenty of parking and an elevator, which made things easy. The office is on the second floor behind the restrooms, and the front desk staff was so kind and welcoming when we arrived. The provider was amazing and took the time to explain everything clearly, including the hearing test results and what to expect with my mom's first hearing aid. There was no pressure to buy anything, just honest advice and great recommendations on which hearing aid style would work best for her. Overall itwas a really positive experience, and the other good reviews are definitely true. If you're searching for a hearing aid provider near Loma Linda / Inland Empire, this is a great place. I'll be recommending them to friends and family for sure.

I would give 0 if I could, and hope this helps anyone in the future. So I found them through the…read morephonak website that does pediatric hearing aids, we were going to HearX but no longer had the pediatric audiologist. So we went to discuss new hearing aids and a hearing test (wouldn't accept Kaiser's audiogram) which is fine. We wanted phonak hearing aids and assuming they knew how to work with phonak hearing aids and wanted to sell us on oticon. They have 0 experience with phonak, and took what we wanted (my ideas for the choice of hearing aids) he could of easily stated they were too strong and recommended a different phonak (which a decent audiologist would do). We come back and purchase the hearing aids, and have them programmed, we walk out and my child is in tears due to being too loud from the feedback. So we go back in 4 hours later and assumptions it was my child having issues with high frequency, they did a test after her being tortured with high sounds from the feedback while trying to program them while on the phone with phonak (of course she will be sensitive to those sounds). So I buy them and figure I would have someone else program them as the audiologist put "NO REFUND" on the receipt, which is ILLEGAL. Made sure that the follow up appointment was after the 45 day trial by LAW. I was unaware of this law until I spoke with a different audiologist. So buyer beware, shady practices! Came back to return them, I was calm and just wanted my money back (it had been 4 days) he asked why and I could only get out they're too powerful, and went on a 15 minute rant about how it's all my fault. Fine I'll take the blame as all I want is my money back. I didn't get to mention they did nothing on the programming of the hearing aids, not even the basics of a feedback test, which was one of the reasons I went back in after we left when we bought them. They're incompetent when it comes to phonak and cannot accept when they make a mistake, so much so wrote a 3 page letter full of lies and cannot even copy the audiogram numbers correctly into the letter. It's been a truly unbelievable experience.
