I did some research and found that he was donating his time to Menifee Senior Living, an assisted living facility where my mom resided. He would spend time every week meeting with residents to help them with their hearing needs. That was all I needed to make my decision of who to go to for my hearing needs. I have been in his care now for 6 years, he also takes care of my mother's hearing needs. The best thing about his care is he schedules a visit every 6 weeks at no charge to clean the hearing aids, remove wax build up from your ears and just have a friendly visit with him. We recently moved to the state of Georgia which would normally make it impossible to remain in his care, but he set me up with a second pair of hearing aids so if ever I had an issue all I had to do was mail the hearing aids back to him and use the back up pair. This system worked perfectly. I also called him about a problem we were having with my mom's hearing aids so he recorded a video of what he thought the problem could be with how to address the problem and it worked. I can't express how wonderful Mike Johnson is and encourage you to give him a chance to take care of your needs. You will not be disappointed.

When she did open the door she said "I have very good hearing and heard everything you said. My mother was there the day before to get her hearing aids looked at because they don't work. The hearing aids were purchased from this location. No one answer and as of today, two days later no one has called.Teresa said she would not help my mom without an appointment. After repeatedly asking for someone above her she gave me a paper with Beltone Electronics Corporation in Chicago, IL and wrote the name Ross on it. She said she thinks Ross is her supervisor. I have purchased 2 pr of hearing aids from Dr. Mike Johnson and the 2nd pr even had a small remote control so I could change the settings from Normal to Comfortable to Music which is great for TV and the control had plus or minus allowing you to adjust even more than the 3 settings. Very nice working with Jeremy. I found him very knowledgeable and accommodating. Jeremy was able to give me the same high level Hearing aids with Bluetooth at half the price that the ENT office quoted! The hearing aids have rechargeable batteries which is so so convenient. It may not be illegal but is certainly unethical to bribe someone to leave you a good review for monetary compensation. This guy is a piece of work.
