I did some research and found that he was donating his time to Menifee Senior Living, an assisted living facility where my mom resided. He would spend time every week meeting with residents to help them with their hearing needs. That was all I needed to make my decision of who to go to for my hearing needs. I have been in his care now for 6 years, he also takes care of my mother's hearing needs. The best thing about his care is he schedules a visit every 6 weeks at no charge to clean the hearing aids, remove wax build up from your ears and just have a friendly visit with him. We recently moved to the state of Georgia which would normally make it impossible to remain in his care, but he set me up with a second pair of hearing aids so if ever I had an issue all I had to do was mail the hearing aids back to him and use the back up pair. This system worked perfectly. I also called him about a problem we were having with my mom's hearing aids so he recorded a video of what he thought the problem could be with how to address the problem and it worked. I can't express how wonderful Mike Johnson is and encourage you to give him a chance to take care of your needs. You will not be disappointed.

They took our appointment prior to being fully authorized to accept our insurance, but we were told that August 1 they would be able to submit our authorization. We are still currently without hearing aids, and our authorization has not been sent correctly. Not only has their provider, Teresa been extremely disrespectful to us since we raised concerns regarding the way our authorization was being handled, and management has also stopped calling us back. We are three months out from having originally be seen, and we have not received his necessary hearing aids. We were provided with a temporary Hearing Aid because we raised concerns with how this is being handled and were given a pair that we're not even fully functional, missing buttons, and a rapidly draining battery (we are changing batteries sometimes twice a day), but were told to be thankful for what we received. After nearly another month we were then told that our authorization was mailed in via USPS, which is not how authorizations are done with our insurance company. At this point we're now not only concerned with the fact that we have not received our hearing aids, but our medical information was not appropriately handled and mailed to some random address. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. We're currently in the process of filing a grievance with our insurance and a complaint with HIPPA. We were able to get in at Jesters Hearing Aid Center Inc. They were able to clearly tell me what their authorization process is and gave a clear timeline for their process, and how long it will take us to receive hearing aids with custom molds. Even in the brief of conversation with their office staff, they were far more competent and helpful than the staff at Belton and Valley Wide Hearing. I would suggest taking your business there rather than dealing with this company.

Jeremy was able to give me the same high level Hearing aids with Bluetooth at half the price that the ENT office quoted! The hearing aids have rechargeable batteries which is so so convenient. Mark called me and stated that he was sending me a $50.00 gift card and the second card would be for $25.00. He then had the nerve to change the terms. I would only receive the cards if I retracted my original review and leave a positive review. I will not change my original review because that is exactly what happened. It may not be illegal but is certainly unethical to bribe someone to leave you a good review for monetary compensation. This guy is a piece of work. I don't need your $75.00 dollars, if I did I wouldn't be shopping for $8,000.00 hearing aids.
