In my bank account it shows I paid on that date my copayment. I then get a text at the end of December that I owe my copayment still. I look on the website and it shows my balance is now what they are apparently additionally charging me. So I called their billing department at the end of December and asked why I paid my copayment and it's saying I still I owed a copayment. They told me "oh it's a glitch. It's saying in our system the hearing test wasn't covered. But it should have been. So I'll fix your account now". Cool. Great. January I get another text telling me I owe them my copayment. I called AGAIN and they said it was an issue with their text messages and it shouldn't happen again. That's twice I was notified I had an unpaid balance and two times I had to call their department. FEBRUARY I get another text! I call a THIRD time and they say "oh well well notate your account it should be a 0 balance". Now I am holding PAPER statement saying I need to promptly pay my balance of my copayment that I paid two months ago. A paper statement. Because text messages aren't enough harassment. Now I have physical mail. And the best part? I have a 0 balance on their little website. And that paper bill with the slightly threatening wording included an envelope to send in my payment.... Postage is not included. So not only do they mess up three times, they have the audacity to not even provide postage. So I called a fourth time. I'm told "yeah you have a 0 balance. But you actually owed TWO copayments. We adjusted that For You" as if they did me some great service. I proceeded to tell him what the 3 previous reps told me about the additional copayment. And that no I never owed that. So no you are not doing me a service. He tells me it's a recorded line so if I get another text or bill they can refer to the recorded call" So none of my three other calls were recorded then? Apparently there are no notes from one of my calls that I clearly have in my phone history. So to conclude. Their billing department needs to get their act together because this reflects poorly on not just them but the doctors office as well.

Whitney runs the front of house and is helpful person who will try to get you in ASAP! Ryan runs the back of house and is responsible for your hearing needs. He helped me select what product was best for motorcycle riding. We settled on filtered earplugs! The molding process was super quick and the product arrived at their office in 2 weeks. The final fitting was a quick 15-minute check-up. I love my earplugs and would recommend them to anyone looking for custom motorcycle earplugs!

I just really didn't want to admit my hearing health was not up to par. I visited several hearing centers, took multiple tests and they all seemed to push the basic standard aids. They all had them right there ready to sell you and send you on your way. I didn't know much about the different styles, options or manufacturers. I started doing a bit more research on what was available, what styles would look and fit best for me. All the while, I was very self-conscious about what I would look like wearing them. This created more hesitance to get help with my hearing. That was until I found Infinite Hearing Solutions. I like to support small or family-owned businesses and Infinite was both. Their website displayed many other options they offered, and I called them. From the first call, Whitney was super pleasant and outgoing. She assured us there were plenty of options, choices and styles that they offered. I made the appointment. On the first visit, Ryan did a very comprehensive, audio test. I had done several before coming to Infinite so, I knew this was a better test. He reviewed the results with me and explained in detail where I was with my hearing loss. I mentioned I was concerned about the esthetics of wearing aids so, we tried the over the ear style. I was given the option to wear then for 45 days and see how I felt. Sort of a trial run. I returned for some sound adjustments and wore them a couple more weeks. I was impressed on how well I could hear with a little help from the aids. I work in a multiple noise, constant sound changing environment, I put on, take off particle masks, wear ear muffs, blasts of air constantly happening and the smaller over the ear aids were just not right for me. I returned for a follow-up and mentioned to Whitney and Ryan what challenges I was facing. Ryan showed me the custom molded in the canal style and they really looked like ear buds. By this time, I was over the self-conscious part of wearing hearing aids. I was on board and Ryan made the mold samples, sent them off and the following week, I had my new custom aids. Ryan spent a good amount of time making adjustments, reviewing the cleaning, care, and explained these had the trial period as well. I was amazed that even with one off, custom molded aids, they offered the same option. They let me know they were not just fitting me and sending me off but, there is a 3-year service package that they have with my choice. That includes all visits, any adjustments, maintenance and so on. I did not have those options from any of the others I visited. Overall, Ryan and Whitney run their practice with the intentions of giving the best possible customer service. They are not trying to just sell you the most expensive or the cheapest aids but, they want the best fit and comfort possible for their clients. By the third visit with the customs, Ryan has my custom fit aids really dialed in to give me the most natural sound possible. I could not be more satisfied with how this whole thing turned out. I hear my grandkids more clearly; I follow conversations better and my over all hearing health is better. There are even times when I'm not wearing them and I feel lost. If you're on the fence about your hearing health, take it from someone who was definitely on the fence, kicking and screaming to do this, I'm glad I found Infinite Hearing solutions. Give them a try, you'll be glad you did. They are wonderful people and really do have the client's best interest in mind.

I had a work comp claim for hearing loss and HearUSA had a contract at the time with the intermediary insurance company. Sue handled all the necessary paperwork, which documented my work's acceptance of the claim, I had brought in. This was very helpful. I was provided a hearing test and the aids were ordered. Within a couple weeks I went to pick them up. The audiologist showed me how to use them, programed them to my needs and explained how to use the related app on my phone. Over those couple years afterwards I would return quarterly to have them replace the domes and check the speaker wires. I was in and out within minutes. Twice I had to have the aids returned to the manufacturer due to issues that arose with the internal speakers. They handled the packaging, shipping and follow up. I received them back in a timely manner. Those aids are now out of warranty. I was advised that HearUSA does not now have a contract with the intermediary insurance company involved in my original claim. I was advised to contact them should my employer, via work comp, provide me with a new set of aids once these bite the dust, to determine if whatever intermediary insurance company is being used is on their list to work with; and we'll go from there. My experience with this particular franchise was 5 star and I hope to return when that time comes.
