Not a single one of these things have happened. Getting ahold of some at the practice is impossible. I don't even know if my referral is active. I'm not even sure if the doctor is taking my insurance. DO NOT COME TO CALIFORNIA HEAD AND NECK. If you're pcp refers your here have your referral redirected immediately. Don't wast your time. Doctor Banthia couldn't even be bothered to explain a procedure, he told me to scan a QR code on a brochure then told me to use AI.

Mark called me and stated that he was sending me a $50.00 gift card and the second card would be for $25.00. He then had the nerve to change the terms. I would only receive the cards if I retracted my original review and leave a positive review. I will not change my original review because that is exactly what happened. It may not be illegal but is certainly unethical to bribe someone to leave you a good review for monetary compensation. This guy is a piece of work.
