Mike Johnson is without a doubt the best hearing specialist ever. I first met him when I needed…read morehearing aids for my impaired hearing. I did some research and found that he was donating his time to Menifee Senior Living, an assisted living facility where my mom resided. He would spend time every week meeting with residents to help them with their hearing needs. That was all I needed to make my decision of who to go to for my hearing needs. I have been in his care now for 6 years, he also takes care of my mother's hearing needs. The best thing about his care is he schedules a visit every 6 weeks at no charge to clean the hearing aids, remove wax build up from your ears and just have a friendly visit with him. We recently moved to the state of Georgia which would normally make it impossible to remain in his care, but he set me up with a second pair of hearing aids so if ever I had an issue all I had to do was mail the hearing aids back to him and use the back up pair. This system worked perfectly. I also called him about a problem we were having with my mom's hearing aids so he recorded a video of what he thought the problem could be with how to address the problem and it worked. I can't express how wonderful Mike Johnson is and encourage you to give him a chance to take care of your needs. You will not be disappointed.

Sent to the wrong specialist within the group multiple times. An absolute nightmare to deal with them. The Temecula location has now just canceled an appointment three times and has pushed out much needed care repeatedly. They cancel right before an appointment you have waited over a month for. Schedule at the wrong location. Take over 6 months to schedule a surgery for a tumor that is growing, unbelievable! Surgeon in Poway was wonderful once it finally got scheduled but the unprofessional staff at Temecula and with surgery schedule is beyond unacceptable. At this point, I wouldn't recommend these guys to my worst enemy. It's just not worth the headache. If negative stars were an option they would get them.

He offered to send me the original $50.00 gift card plus an additional gift card if I made an appointment. I had my appointment on Saturday June 27th. The audiologist was very nice and sympathetic to my 3 year battle with tinnitus. The hearing aid calmed the tinnitus but my hearing was still to good to warrant hearing aids. I would have given a good review if it hadn't been for the phone call I was about to receive. Mark called me and stated that he was sending me a $50.00 gift card and the second card would be for $25.00. He then had the nerve to change the terms. I would only receive the cards if I retracted my original review and leave a positive review. I will not change my original review because that is exactly what happened. It may not be illegal but is certainly unethical to bribe someone to leave you a good review for monetary compensation. This guy is a piece of work.
