Not a single one of these things have happened. Getting ahold of some at the practice is impossible. I don't even know if my referral is active. I'm not even sure if the doctor is taking my insurance. DO NOT COME TO CALIFORNIA HEAD AND NECK. If you're pcp refers your here have your referral redirected immediately. Don't wast your time. Doctor Banthia couldn't even be bothered to explain a procedure, he told me to scan a QR code on a brochure then told me to use AI.

Mark called me and stated that he was sending me a $50.00 gift card and the second card would be for $25.00. He then had the nerve to change the terms. It may not be illegal but is certainly unethical to bribe someone to leave you a good review for monetary compensation. This guy is a piece of work. I did some research and found that he was donating his time to Menifee Senior Living, an assisted living facility where my mom resided. He would spend time every week meeting with residents to help them with their hearing needs. That was all I needed to make my decision of who to go to for my hearing needs. I have been in his care now for 6 years, he also takes care of my mother's hearing needs. The best thing about his care is he schedules a visit every 6 weeks at no charge to clean the hearing aids, remove wax build up from your ears and just have a friendly visit with him. We recently moved to the state of Georgia which would normally make it impossible to remain in his care, but he set me up with a second pair of hearing aids so if ever I had an issue all I had to do was mail the hearing aids back to him and use the back up pair. This system worked perfectly. I also called him about a problem we were having with my mom's hearing aids so he recorded a video of what he thought the problem could be with how to address the problem and it worked. I can't express how wonderful Mike Johnson is and encourage you to give him a chance to take care of your needs. You will not be disappointed.
